Project Management’s Changes Based on PDM in the Model Solution

Abstract:

This article describes a new project PDM change program to solve certain aspects of reinvent the wheel phenomenon caused irreversible in the past, and change the node at strengthening the audit efforts. This formed a set of strict and efficient management processes, that make the PDM’s applications more standardized, humane and reasonable.
