The Design of Workpiece Hydraulic Clamping System of a Special CNC Machine Tool for Guide Disc

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper mainly describes and introduces the driving principle of hydraulic clamping system of a special CNC machine tool for guide disc and it also makes a meticulous description for how to do the design calculation and model selection to the key components of the hydraulic clamping system. The clamping mechanism can ensure the guide disc’s automatic clamping, making it safe, reliable and able to lower the labor intensity of the operators.
