Abstract: It introduces the structure characteristics of a new-type vacuumizing flat vulcanizing machine. With a high degree of automation, high precision products, high production efficiency and the like; this machine can realize the mold’s automatic push-off, openness, turning, ejection and via the experiment, impacts on physical mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber between new-type vacuumizing flat vulcanizing machine and ordinary vulcanizing machine are conducted.

Abstract: Experimental research on the relationship between rubber open mill mixing process parameters of roller pitch, roller speed and roller speed ratio changes and mix quality. The results show that the process parameters changes in open mill mixing process have significant effects on mixing quality and efficiency. And get the best process parameters optimization in open mill mixing process: the best changes trend of roller pitch, roller speed and roller speed ratio are from small to big, from small to big and from big to small.

Abstract: A planetary gear pump (PGP) was introduced to the differential injection molding. The system is matched with a vertical injection molding machine (IMM). The PGP is integrated in the stationary mold and is fixed between the stationary platen and the movable mold of IMM. The dynamic mesh technology in the software packages Fluent was applied to investigate the melt behavior. Abstract: This paper, through optimization of staggered tooth of sleeper molds based on FEM, obtains the structure of staggered tooth better than the original one. And in the condition of meeting the requirements of material strength ,stiffness and safety, it saves about 12.52 percent of steel.

Optimization of the Injection Molding Process Parameters Based on Moldflow and Orthogonal Experiment
Abstract: This article is using Moldflow analysis and orthogonal experimental method during the whole experiment. The injection molding process of motor cover is simulated under various technological conditions.After forming the maximum amount of warpage of plastic parts for evaluation.According to the range analysis of the comprehensive goal, the extent of the overall influence to the processing parameters, such as gate location, melt temperature, mold temperature and holding pressure is clarified.Through analyzing the diagrams of influential factors resulted from the simulation result,the optimized process parameter scheme is obtained and further verified by simulation.

Abstract: Through the experimental research of granular silica in dense phase pneumatic conveying in the tyre plants, the characteristic parameters of granular silica pneumatic conveying have been obtained. By adjusting the main and bypass pipe pressure values, the stable plug flow conveying of granular silica can be realized, which considerably reduces the broken ratio of the granular silica. The plug flow conveying will be even more stable, when the opening blow tank pressure is set at zero. Additionally the same research has also proven that bypass valves open pressure in the end of pipeline will affect the stability of the entire conveying system as well.

Abstract: The article proposed a kind of new structure for aircraft tire, which includes double firm rings. The aircraft tire of double firm rings was simulated in the instant of landing by finite element analysis, then the simulation result was compared with the one of ordinary aircraft tire. The result indicated that the grounding area and deformation of aircraft tire with double firm rings was less than that of ordinary aircraft tire, which can decrease the rolling resistance and improve high speed performance. In addition, the larger contact pressure located the central region of the contact surface, which can reduce the damage of shoulder rubber and lengthen the life of the aircraft tire.

Abstract: The modular dual-rotor was designed for the Rubber continuous mixer in this paper. It was composed of various components with different configurations, such as meshing components, shear components, large screw lead components and tooth components,etc. The type and location of structural components can be changed according to the mixing performance. A lot of rubber continuous mixing experiments had been done using the formula of tread compound and three rotor configurations in the rubber continuous mixer. The best of the rotor structure and combination had been found by the comparison analysis of experimental results.

Abstract: Using Moldflow software, numerical studies of the Three-dimensional velocity vector distribution of molten fluid in the process of filling the inside mold cavity in one-step[1] injection mold filling method, analysis of the melt flow front temperature in mold cavity, cavity pressure and die time under the conditions of different injection pressure. The results of the simulation have some theoretical significance on the designing mold and choice of injection process.
