Abstract: This paper uses a new twin-screw extruder for regeneration of waste tire crumb rubber, discusses the influence of screw speed and reaction temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. Experimental results show that different screw speed and reaction temperature has a great impact on the physical and mechanical properties of the reclaimed rubber. When controls screw speed in the 60 ~ 90 r / min, reaction temperature at 170 to 210°C,the regeneration effect is the best. At this time, the physical and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber, such as tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break rate, is the best.

Abstract: A simulation model of the flow field in the different-speed mixer was built based on UG software in this paper. The characteristics which including the pressure value, flow rate and maximum shear stress were analyzed by the ANSYS-Fluent, as well as the variation of the material form. The results of the analysis provide theoretical basis for the reasonable structure design and performance analysis of the different-speed mixer.

Abstract: A simplified 3D model of a rotational molding machine oven was built, and a numerical investigation was carried out with the RNG k-ε approach in FLUENT. Since the temperature field in the original oven structure was distributed unevenly, three types of reformed designs were proposed and numerically studied. Results showed that by changing the inclined angle of inlet flow to 30° downward, hot air flowed onto the mold surface directly, the temperature field around the mold became more uniform but temperature in the bottom of the mold was still a little bit low. By changing the inclined angle of hot air to 30° downward and 45° rightward and leftward, or by changing both the cross sectional dimension of the inlet to 900mm×400mm and the inclined angle of hot air to 30° downward, the temperature field became more uniform and the average temperature around the mold remained relatively high, these two reformed designs were effective with good feasibility and economic efficiency, which could be considered in the future design of rotational molding machine.

Abstract: The moisture evaporation amount and drying velocity of monocomponent sealer on the maple-veneered panels as base materials, under the drying conditions of constant temperature of 30°C and relative humidity varied from 30% to 70%, were measured in this study. The results indicated that the moisture evaporation amount increased, and drying velocity decreased with drying time under the same relative humidity, while the moisture evaporation amount decreased with the increase of relative humidity. The drying velocities were remarkable different under different relative humidities. During the same period of drying time, the difference degree of moisture evaporation amount within the relative humidity range of 30% to 50% was smaller than that within the relative humidity range of 50% to 70%.

Abstract: On the basis of reading a large number of literatures and collecting information, this article provides an experiment research on the single step mixing at low temperature. According to the principle of the single step mixing at low temperature, the feasible experiment platform is designed and several important technological parameters are selected; and the experiment is conducted adopting the orthogonal experiment, and the best technological parameters have been finally found out.

Abstract: Traditional tire vulcanization technology has notable drawbacks,for example,the heat transfer is uneven and uniformity of a tire is low.A new type of inner mould direct-pressure tire vulcanization technology is introduced.The new technology method can solve probloms in traditional tire vulcanization by utilizing the building drum to replace the curing bladder of the central mechanism and using electromagnetic-induction heating method to heat green tire cavity. This paper mainly illustrates the development process of the inner mould direct-pressure tire vulcanization technology equipment based on the current tire shaping press vulcanizer.

Abstract: Rolling lamination forming of polyvinylchloride light conveyor was simulated using ANSYS12.0/LS-DYNA of FEM software. The filling condition of materials, the change of products’ geometry and the plastic deformation of products during the rolling forming process were studied. And the deforming displacement curves of the product in X direction during the process were also explored and discussed deeply. A simulation method of rolling lamination forming process was established and good results were achieved, which made a contribution to the theory of rolling lamination forming and is meaningful to the mould optimization, process parameters design and product quality control.

Abstract: Abstract: The oil viscosity affects the pump filling coefficient, so it is the important parameter affecting lifting performance of metal screw pump. Firstly using the finite volume method to establish a full-metal single screw pump 3D model, secondly using FLUENT software to calculate outlet pressure changes with different series of oil viscosity in condition of the same inlet pressure.Lastly Drawing outlet pressure change curves to evaluate the concrete effect of oil viscosity on the performance of the pump . The results indicate that the oil viscosity affects liquid filling coefficient of pump. As the viscosity increases, the outlet pressure of the pump increases, the leakage of the pump output decreases, thereby lifting capacity and volumetric efficiency of the pump improve.

Abstract: The stators and rotors of full metal screw pump take way of clearance fit, so the clearance value will directly affect the pump lifting performance and efficiency. Firstly using the finite volume method to establish a full-metal single screw pump 3D model, secondly using FLUENT software to calculate outlet pressure changes with different series of clearance value between the stator and the rotor of the pump in condition of the same inlet pressure .lastly Drawing outlet pressure change curves to evaluate the concrete effect of clearance volume on the performance of the pump. The results indicate that the pump outlet pressure increased first and then decreased with increasing clearance value and that pump has good lifting oil capacity with clearance value which is less than 0.5mm.

Abstract: According to the engineering requirement of extruder, a new spatial worm cam drive and its corresponding design method due to mechanism’s special use requires were introduced .In this paper, the worm cam’s axes and the index plate’s axes were vertical. It is the main purpose that the index plate with pin rotated without lash, while the worm cam rotated with the same speed in a certain speed. When the transmission ratio was i, the follower rotated by an angle in different speed intermittently without impact as the driving part made one rotation in the same speed. In this paper, non-impact is in the condition which the driven work in the principle of sinusoidal acceleration and the worm cam’s design equation will be provided.
