Abstract: Image segmentation technology is crucial for feature extraction. In this paper, the traditional thresholding method has been improved, and the optimal threshold segmentation method is proposed by combining the iterative algorithm and mathematical morphology. Through analyzing the target area of image, the scope of the general gray-scale is determined. Based on the image edge and region, fast iterative algorithm is used to choose the optimum threshold as segmentation criteria. Moreover, morphology open computing is applied to the image threshold segmentation. Then the method is used in processing marine oil spill and solar flares. Different experiments of marine oil spill and solar flares based on the method show that this method can not only extract a clearer definition of interesting areas, but also can show a more clear-cut edge.

Abstract: The control equations for analyzing coupled thermal chemical-mechanical phenomena of deep rocks are established. Using creep equation by experimental data, 3D numerical simulation for creep properties of deep soft tunnel under coupling effect of temperature field, chemical field and stress field are conducted by ANSYS, and different effects of these fields on deep soft rock tunnel creep properties are analyzed, whats more time-creep curves of different temperature, pH value and stress deviation of the mid-point of the top of tunnel are obtained. Effect of these three fields on creep characteristics of deep soft rock cant be ignored. Under deep complex environment, high-stress is main factor of tunnel creep; creep increasing with temperature increasing. From simulation results, we get whether acidic environment or alkaline environment causes significantly stronger corrosive effect on the rock mass than the neutral environment, and increases its creep.

Abstract: The open-architecture control system is designed to realize the accurate motion control of gantry milling machine in this article. The hardware construction of control system adopts industry PC + Clipper motion control card architecture to achieve the opening and modularization. The Full coordination method is selected by assigning two motors of the gantry system to the same axis in the same coordinate system. The function modules of control software are demonstrated. It is programmed based on Visual c++ and Pcomm32 pro DLL library. The design of the gantry milling control system can realize the opening of architecture, and more accurate, smooth motion control of 4 axes.

Abstract: We conduct acoustic emission online detection on the bottom of atmospheric tank based on the principle of acoustic emission testing. Based the actual situation, the result of ultrasonic thickness opening inspection of tank bottom and the results of acoustic emission measured data are compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility and reliability of acoustic emission detection method.

Abstract: The rotating packed bed is a new and effective mass transfer equipment. However, because of the complexity fluid flow inside the RPB, the flow experiment are not easy to lead to the deeper understanding on the fluid dynamic in an RPB. To explore the internal flow field distribution of rotating packed bed , the internal flow field in counter-current double packing rotating packed bed was studied. At the same time, the flow field changes in different rotating speed was compared and the liquid distribution between the two layer of packing was performanced.

Abstract: Considering the problem of added background interference when initial target region is chose in Camshift tracking algorithm. This paper proposes a human tracking algorithm based on improved Camshift. The algorithm uses weight to determine the type of pixels in the back-projection, and then convert the back-projection into binary image, so as to improve the input accuracy of Camshift processing function. According to the human body size information, the algorithm appropriately improves the ratio of major axis and minor axis of search window, to optimize the output size of Camshift processing function. The contrast experiment proves the algorithm obviously improve accuracy and robustness of tracking effect.

Abstract: The structure design problems of simulation inspection detector on ground are researched in this paper. The general design scheme is proposed based on the design task requirements of simulation inspection detector with a synthetic consideration on the requirements of the whole mass and the real grounded force. Detailed design for the concrete mechanical strcture has been carried out. The prototype of simulation inspection detector meets the test requirements, which can also provide important reference for the detector improvement.

Abstract: Usually wind turbine blade number is less, and blade is longer,and which speed is commonly 10-30 r/min,while the miniaturization of scenery tower power generation device of fan blade is not. The device adopts eight blades according to the similarity theory between the wind machine and the steam turbine. By changing its speed can still achieve the transfer of energy and then generate electricity,although blade is short, and the wind area is reduced.In the study of the blade,high quality grid is the key.This paper discusses the fan blade meshing used ICEM CFD in the rotation of the basin.

Abstract: In this paper, finite element static deformation analysis of the cylinder was carried out by Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench software. The deformation contours of the cylinder were obtained. By means of the contours, deep research about deformation distribution condition and the maximum deformation concentration parts of cylinder mechanism were conducted. The research is helpful for the improvement of the structure and the subsequent optimization of cylinder mechanism.

Abstract: According to XQ2010 planomiller, three-dimensional physical model is built by using Solidworks software. With the model imported into workbench, the static and dynamic state of beam is analysed. The features of stress and deformation are observed under ultimate load. Its six modes of vibration are extracted for confirming the characteristic of beam in modal analysis.
