Abstract: There is a solar chimney power plant system supported by southern sloped mountain for high latitudes. The sloped collector is built at suitable mountain hills, which also functions as a chimney. Then a short vertical chimney is added to install the vertical axis air turbine. Deduce and analysis the power and efficiency of the system. The result indicates that for northern latitude area near 35 degrees, the power and efficiency of the solar chimney power plant system with a appropriate sloped angle collector are higher than the solar chimney power plant system with a horizontal collector, besides, the system scale is bigger, the gap is more larger. Furthermore, the system can appropriately reduce the height of vertical chimney and construction problems.

Abstract: Object occlusion often happens in reality life, so it is easy to cause the loss of tracking object. In order to solve this issue, this paper proposes an anti-occlusion algorithm for object tracking. The algorithm bases on Camshift algorithm and uses the Bhattacharya coefficient to judge whether the target is occluded. When object occlusion happened, the object position of the next frame will be predicted by using Kalman filtering algorithm. The experimental results show that the new algorithm can achieve accurate tracking of sheltered object. The algorithm is less time-consuming and more robust.

Abstract: In this paper, the 3D model was built by the software Pro/E. Virtual Prototype analysis for the manipulator of punching machine was carried out by the software ADAMS. The force, torque and angular velocity were calculated respectively under the step5 driving function condition. Through analysis and comparison, the result shows that the working condition was better when the step5 function was applied. This laid the foundation of the manipulator driving programming.

Abstract: A numerical study with FLUENT software has been carried out as to air performance in the slope solar energy power plant. The velocity field, temperature and pressure fields in the solar chimney, and the simulated result were compared with the simulated result of traditional solar chimney power generating equipment. The simulation results show that distribution of the temperature field and the velocity field in slope solar energy power plant and traditional solar chimney power generating equipment. In the case of the same height, the velocity of traditional is slightly larger than the slope style's, but there is little difference. In order to achieve the same power generation effect, the overall height of slope style is more than the traditional style, but the vertical chimney height of traditional style is greater than the slope style. The cost of construction of vertical chimney is expensive, and many problems have been considered, like radix saposhnikoviae and earthquake prevention, the heat collector also need to be cleaned on time. The slope style can take full advantage of land, the height of vertical chimney will be reduced, so the construction of the chimney will be relatively easy. Rainwater can clean the heat collector when it runs down from it. All things considered. The slope solar energy power plant has more development prospects.

Abstract: The method using variable blank holding force to control springback in drawing of TRIP sheet steel is discussed. Numerical simulations considering the variation of Youngs modulus of TRIP steels can improve springback simulation accuracy. Many experiments are use to test and the accuracy of the springback simulation for an U-channel part forming under variable blank holding force. The results shows that the strategy of variable blank holding force is an effective measure for the springback control in TRIP sheet metal forming processes and the dimensional accuracy of sheet metal parts can be increased by the optimization of variable blank holding forces

Abstract: Our self-developed a combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding uses modular structure,easy to operate and easy to service,so it has been widely applied. For the most part, there will be alarms when the combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding has faults, but sometimes there may be no alarm. This paper briefly presents the no alarm faults examples and its resolutions for a combining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tool of turning and grinding, which provides an important basis for technicians to operate and maintain the Combining CNC machine tool of turning and grinding.

Abstract: This paper mainly describes and introduces the driving principle of hydraulic clamping system of a special CNC machine tool for guide disc and it also makes a meticulous description for how to do the design calculation and model selection to the key components of the hydraulic clamping system. The clamping mechanism can ensure the guide disc’s automatic clamping, making it safe, reliable and able to lower the labor intensity of the operators.

Abstract: In this paper we have a discussion on heat insulation method of the using of mobile refuge chamber for coal mine and the improved scheme was put forward to improve the performance of thermal protective properties of the refuge chamber. Then according to the theoretical analysis and the external heating test methods to be compared,we conduct an analysis.The test method are introduced, and the factors caused the temperature changes are analyzed based on the test.These results have directive significance for the further improvement of refuge chambers.

Abstract: Terahertz wave lies between far-infrared and microwave in electromagnetic spectrum with frequency form 0.1 THz to10 THz. Terahertz is believed to be the master technology of electronics and information science, and to be the bridge between micro electronics and macro wavelength. THz has formed a worldwide research climax. This paper introduces the main characters of Terahertz wave, Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology and its application researches, especially detailed the researches in pesticide spectra.

Abstract: Rotating packed bed is a new high efficient equipment for multiphase flow transference, it has been widely used in chemical separation and preparation of nano-materials. The gas pressure drop of RPB is one of important indicators which are used to measure performance of RPB. In this paper, the experimental and simulative progress of research on the gas pressure drop at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. All kinds of gas pressure drop experiments and simulations of counter-flow RPB, cross-flow RPB are introduced and compared, followed with the analysis of the progress, existing problems, the trend and emphasis.
