Design for Mechanical Structure of New Nano Electric Boiler

Article Preview

Abstract:

The traditional electric boiler does not possess heater resistance with high purity and its power factor is always less than one. In order to solve these problems, a novel semiconductor nanoelectric film was studied and used to the electric boiler. Through analysing the principle of existed electric boilers and the advantages of nanotechnology heating materials, a new electric boiler was designed based on nanoelectric film as the heating element. The three-dimensional modeling was finished for the mechanical structure of new nanoelectric boiler. The new nanoelectric boiler has excellent physical stability, high electric conversion efficiency, high power factor, high power density, and long life for using. It could have a very good market prospects in the near future.
