Abstract: Article building enterprises as the research object, the first analyzed the connotation and characteristics of green management, from the enterprise management pattern, the construction process of environmental impact of Building industry has not been formed, green management concept of green design, such problems as the raw material capital investment in enterprises, the existing problems, using green management theory, this paper puts forward the idea of sustainable development of green management concept, the implementation of the green design and construction, increase the capital input material solutions. Green management model and discusses the Building industry green management of construction technology, in order to ensure long-term effective implementation of enterprise management.

Abstract: Strategic emerging industry development has important relations with national economic security and strategic changing. One of the most important national economic developments is training and developing strategic emerging industry. Tax revenue is very important to developing emerging industry, which cant be replaced by other measures. But, the emerging industry is obstructed by the national current tax policies. And some tax policies which used to encourage emerging industry also have shortages. In this paper, we have summarized developed countries tax policies which used to encourage strategic new-type industry efficiently. On the basis of analysis, we have concluded some proposals about constructing our countrys strategic new-type industry tax policies. And all the proposals are focused on such aspects as homegrown innovation, training market and absorbing talented people.

Abstract: The high risk of R&D projects has always been a negative factor that discouraged manufacturing industry to develop. However, R&D projects are the inevitable option for manufacturing enterprises to realize a leap-forward development. Thus, the optimal choice for manufacturing business is to apply the R&D project risk management model based on complexity theory, total system intervene theory and the idea on flexible strategy transformation with scientific recognition on R&D risks, involving information degression principle, risk-benefit balancing principle and the probable transformation relationship among the R&D risks.

Abstract: High-tech enterprises are established on the basis of high technology, technological innovation is the premise of survival and development of high-tech enterprises. In this paper, it summarizes the academic situation of technological innovation mode. At present, the research on the definition and characteristics of high-tech enterprises, technological innovation and technological innovation mode are mature, but in some other aspects the research is insufficient. For example, research on the relationship between high-tech enterprises and different innovation mode. Also, scholars focus on qualitative analysis, and seldom do quantitative empirical research.

Abstract: This paper was focused on the research of remote spinning process collaborative products development system based on Internet. The research was mainly to establish textile products and process designs, which could lead to the Processing Public Service Platform for the small and medium sized enterprises. The project is supported by the IMAR (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) Natural Science Foundation. In this study, the cotton spinning technology is taken as an example emphatically in the thesis. Related processing examples could be inquired by process designers, the process parameters could also be optimized while they select and call the process parameters from related main process of cotton spinning in spinning process parameters calculate system, and then the enterprise coalition cooperated to design product and process by use remote-data interview and synergism.

Abstract: The experience of countries and regions with developed cultural industries has shown that environment of gathering development could boost the cultural industries with distinctive character and good brand, which supports the development of the whole regional cultural industries. Gathering development could strongly bring the cultural industry stronger. This paper, on the current research situation of cultural industry agglomeration studying, introduces system dynamics theory into the research of cultural industry gathering, builds its model on system dynamics theory.
