Abstract: Flexible pivot bearing, a kind of precision elastic components, can provide necessary angular displacement within limited range. The torsion stiffness of the bearing, as the most important performance specification, is studied in the paper. The analytical expression (for array number N and) of the torsion stiffness of the flexible pivot bearing with rectangular section is deduced by using static equilibrium theory. The constituent parts and physical meaning of the expression are discussed. The accuracy and applicability of the deduced expression are investigated in comparison with other equations in references. A finite element model is built accurately. Simulation of the flexible bearing (N=4) is carried out to compare the FEM solution with that obtained by the derived expression. The results show that the deduced equation is applicable to all N radial array flexible pivot bearing with rectangular section, and the difference of the stiffness value is about 7% comparing with that calculated by simulation method.

Abstract: Planetary gears are the most popular transmission machinery in large reduction ratio circumstances, which is because of the advantages of compactness, co-axial and high power efficiency. Accurate dynamic model is crucial when planetary gears are used in precise positioning and controlling systems. A dynamic model considering gear backlash and bearing compliance is established in this work. A typical planetary gearbox is simulated with the model. The results prove the validity of the model and demonstrate that gear backlash and bearing compliance have significant influence on planetary gear transmission.

Abstract: Bases on accurate spraying of the trellis crop, the expert decision-making technology was used to provide the decision support. The intelligent decision support system was combined with accurate spraying technology of pesticides. According to the differences of relevant factor of accurate spraying, the expert decision-making system of job parameters of trellis spraying machine was researched and set up. And systematic target, system expansion and system architecture were analyzed. Through C4.5 algorithm, the expert decision-making system was to decide if the trellis crop was sprayed under different climatic conditions, and the decision tree of spraying was constructed. It provided intelligent decision support to accurate spraying.

Abstract: According to the demands of teaching, it is designed and manufactured that a new visual model of CNC turning lathe with assembles the horizontal bed and inclined bed in one. As it can display the structure of CNC lathe directly and intuitively, the model can be used for the teaching of CNC courses. The model has micro-switch, which can be used to control the movement of the workplace, and the automatic feed strokes of the tool, thus avoiding the collisions during manufacturing. Meanwhile, the test proved that it can cut the nylon, wood, engineering plastics and so on, so this model can satisfy the demands of teaching.

Abstract: This study focuses on the high cancellation rate of purchasing orders at the Bookuu Bookstore website. The discussion starts with some problems associated with the original Bookuu website, especially issues related to order cancellations due to "insufficient inventory". Then, a method of setting up virtual inventory based on the theory of just-in-time purchasing is proposed, which is intended to improve inventory management. In addition, the business process of the Bookuu website is optimized. Finally, we compare and analyze the order cancellation situation before and after implementing the zero-inventory management scheme. Statistical analysis shows that the percentage of the cancelled orders caused by "insufficient inventory" significantly decreased, proving that zero-inventory management of Bookuu.com has been achieved.

Abstract: The article uses the theories of industrial cluster and supply chain management and researches into the industrial cluster situation and development prospects of Qiqihar Citys agricultural products. At present, although Qiqihars agricultural products industrial cluster has initially formed, the business flow, capital flow, information flow and logistics integration of agricultural products supply chain have yet to be further optimized. Based on the development status quo of Qiqihar, the article proposes the principle of designing Qiqihars agricultural products supply chain, and studies the operation mechanism of supply chain systems, aimed at providing a reference mode for Qiqihars development of agricultural industry and promoting the development of agricultural products industrial cluster.

Abstract: Manufacture is the pillar industry of national economy, yet its efficiency of the utilization of raw materials and energy needs increasing, and the consumption of environment needs improving urgently. From the perspective of material flow management, we introduce the material flow cost accounting (MFCA) to manufacturing enterprises and check computations according to two dimensions: value flow and material flow during the productive process. It can help achieve the goals of cutting the materials costs, saving the resources consumption and lowering environmental impact, thus the manufacturing enterprises can strengthen their competitive power and realize their own development.

Abstract: In this paper, a review of developments in the dynamic characteristics of traditional and inflatable solar array is presented. Three major aspects that affect the dynamic behavior of solar array are reviewed: component flexibility, joint clearance and thermally induced vibration. Important results and methods of exploring the dynamic characteristics of inflatable solar array are discussed. Future research areas in dynamic characteristics of solar array are identified as damping mechanism of inflatable structure, the relationship between pressurization level and damping ratio, application of more advanced contact model, dynamic characteristics of solar array made of new materials and consideration of deformation in multiple dimensions.

Abstract: Through the research on the connotation of quality innovation capability in manufacturing enterprises, 22 factors influencing the quality innovation capability in manufacturing enterprises have been screened out. Based on this, the application of interpretative structural modeling (ISM) has determined the relationship between these factors, establishing the multilevel hierarchical structure model of the main factors affecting the quality innovation capability in manufacturing enterprises, and analyzing the relationships between the five levels of the model and the different roles of each factor that the quality innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises innovation system plays. The results have practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to enhance the quality of innovation capability.

Abstract: Mid-20th century, with the scale of production and circulation of commodities have been expanding, the status and role of logistics has become more evident. At the same time the rise of e-commerce logistics and development of new demand, third-party logistics development as the development of the logistics industry has become an important form of specialized logistics, but also a prerequisite for development of electronic commerce. The objective of social and business requirements, the third-party logistics is increasingly becoming the mainstream of logistics development, known as the 21st century "gold industry." In this paper, the theory of third-party logistics and research-based, combine the first e-commerce development environment, described the development of electronic commerce on the impact of a third party logistics, and third-party logistics environment was the development of micro, meson and macro for analysis, followed by third-party logistics system, proposed comprehensive third party logistics capability evaluation system design principles, according to third-party logistics enterprise's comprehensive ability to evaluate the impact of factors, ability to set a comprehensive evaluation of the indicators, building the ability of third party logistics enterprise's comprehensive evaluation system, respectively, from service capabilities, relationship skills and the aspects of the internal capacity of the comprehensive capacity of third party logistics evaluation, then the use of AHP and fuzzy assessment method on simulated third-party logistics company comprehensive assessment, and evaluation results were analyzed. Finally, according to analysis of the results of the evaluation, and drawing on advanced domestic and international experience of the Third Party Logistics, e-commerce environment, third party logistics proposed the development of countermeasures and suggestions: to strengthen the construction of third-party logistics information, and promote third-party logistics and supply chain integration, and enhance internal capabilities.
