Abstract: The article is devoted to the application of the method of performance evaluation of the production process design, using associative design. A number of approaches to estimation of efficiency of associative design, which are based on estimates of the design timing, the number of imposed changes at appropriate stages of the product life cycle.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of a model for monitoring the effectiveness of the organization development. It is suggested that the development is possible only when the norms and standards, upon which the method for determining the rate of development of the organization is proposed, are changed

Abstract: In this article the technology “high-speed direct laser deposition” is performed. Influence of process parameters on product properties and material structure was defined for Ni-based alloy Inconel 625. Developed technology provided the mechanic properties of products on the bottom level of rolled metal and allows avoid heat treatment and HIP in production process. Economic efficiency of this technology is demonstrated for main areas of industry.

Abstract: Existing methods of quality assessment of flat products are not sufficiently effective: they can be used for technological process management with certain limitations. Our research suggests an improved approach to the calculations of priority number of risks. The new suggested approach will allow risk assessment of dependent undesired events.

Abstract: In this paper the mathematical model and the program based on this model for efficient process conditions during a diamond smoothing is introduced. The mathematical model has been tested with heatproof martensite category steel FeC0.15Cr12Ni2 by the synthetic diamond DSB-1 using as a smoothing tool. The mathematical model takes into account plastic deformation degree which could have both smoothing and reinforcing nature. Through the smoothing conditions the surface has a microroughnesses crumpling but reinforcing conditions involve also surface layer microhardness increasing.

Abstract: In accordance with the Russian Federation State program called “Industrial growth and improving competitiveness” it becomes more wide-spread to use thin-walled makes for pieces, modern materials with new treating methods in mechanical engineering, in automobile production and modern aviation industry. As well as requirements for quality and mechanical characteristics of finished products constantly grow. In relation to these standards, methods of intensive irreversible deformation under conditions of complex stressed state are used with increasing frequency. Study of the following parameters has a great practical importance: loaded capability of the makes during exploitation and work material strength performance under complex production process. Such strain tasks are frequently counted as most complex and demand experimental verification because of geometric and physical task nonlinearity. The current study proposes testing method for thin-walled tubular workpieces which combines implementation simplicity with a wide range of strain-stressed state charts.

Abstract: This paper presents an approach to identify the production capacities that must be replaced by new equipment in accordance with the sales implementation strategy on the market. The results of the performance evaluation of the new generation of machines are reported using techniques for defining the labor intensity, cost, production capacity with possibility to create casting process in simulation package.

Abstract: For designing forging and die tooling for bulk forging a necessity in using the data of the geometry of the part produced arises. Obviously, the use as a data source for designing drawings of commonly applied in “manual alternate design” (without a computer) especially such complex parts as compressor blades is not perspective because of the complexity of developing theoretical contour specified by a point cloud. In this case the use of special tooling of direct modeling that provides changing the original model of the part developed by the designers is a perspective one. It should be taken into account during the process of forging and die tooling designing that it is necessary to register the special features of the technology, upon that, the technologist should be highly proficient in using the software. The work given describes the designing technique of gas turbine compressor blade with the account of using the potential of NX Siemens program.

Abstract: The paper describes principles of construction of multi-block and multi-station pulse-magnetic installations. Main requirements for selection of elements of energy storages of installations with high stored energy and high frequency of the discharging current are presented. Examples of hardware implementation of the installations are shown.
