Abstract:

Through the study and analysis, this paper has screened out 20 major factors as evaluation indexes which influenced manufacturing enterprises’ quality innovative capacity, and 1 was applied to determine the weight of each evaluation index, thus constructing the quality evaluation index system of the manufacturing enterprises’ innovative ability. Based on this, the compound linear matrix system of evaluation was used to carry out the empirical research combined with 32 machinery manufacturing enterprises in some province, the result of which has practical guiding significance for improving the innovative ability of manufacturing enterprises’ quality innovation.
