Abstract: The article consists in the development of compositions of self-compacting powder-activated fine-grained (sand) concrete mixtures, including color ones, for the production of high-density, high-strength and durable architectural and decorative concretes, which do not lose their architectural appeal during long-term operation, on the basis of multi-tonnage waste of stone crushing of various rocks, without the use of expensive mineral reactive components and the study of their physical and technical properties.

Abstract: There is a significant lag in the manufacture of dry plaster and masonry mixtures. One of the reasons constraining this process is the insufficient use of local raw materials and waste of various industries by enterprises of the regions. Experience in the development of zeolite deposits in Russia shows that the exploitation of deposits focused on the use of zeolite-bearing rocks only in traditional areas (agriculture, ecology, sorbents, etc.) with small volumes of production is not enough successful and economically justified. The efficiency of operation of deposits is determined by numerous factors, including the complex use of zeolite-containing rocks. Given that all zeolite-containing rocks can have practical application, it is advisable to provide for the operation of the field of raw materials in the form of an industrial metropolis with the production of a wide range of products.

Abstract: The most urgent task in the construction industry today is energy saving at all stages: from the production of building materials, products and structures to the construction of buildings and their operation. Combining these problems forms one of the directions of innovation policy of the majority of subjects of the Russian Federation – strengthening of local capacity and demonstration of solutions to improve energy and resource saving in construction. Building materials industry-one of the leading sectors of the economy, which is quite effectively uses secondary products of many industries for the production of various building materials. Development of production of building materials in this direction is associated with many aspects: the depletion of natural resources, high energy intensity of a number of technological processes of extraction and processing of raw materials; threat to environmental safety of the Russian Federation; lack of waste disposal sites; negative impact on the air, water and plant environment, human and animal health.

Abstract: Iron-based alloys (steel and cast iron) are currently the main structural materials that provide a high level of mechanical and technological properties along with a relatively low cost. Increasing the performance characteristics (tensile strength, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and, ultimately, service life) of cast irons and steels is an urgent task. The quality of castings made of cast iron and steel depends on many technological parameters that affect the processes of crystallization of the melt (casting temperature, molding mixture, chemical composition, volume of casting, overheating of the metal during smelting, etc.). It is possible to improve the quality of castings without changing the technology of smelting and pouring metal into molds, if you learn how to manage the crystallization process. The laboratories have grown defect – free iron crystals with a tensile strength of more than 1000 kg/m2 (strength of carbon steel-40 kg/m2). Attempts to improve the mechanical properties by creating a single crystal are not justified, so you have to go the opposite way-to influence the crystallization process to get a lot of small crystals (grains), which also allows you to achieve high mechanical properties. The dependence of the strength characteristics on the grain size is well described by the law of Hall-Petch, according to which when the average grain size is reduced by 3...5 times there is an increase in the hardness of the material, with a further decrease in the average grain size by more than 10 times – an increase in plasticity. Influence on the processes of crystallization of iron and steel melts (change the size of metal grains, change the shape, size and distribution of graphite inclusions) can be the introduction of small additives substances (modifiers), not chemically interacting with the matrix. The use of modifiers to increase the rate of crystallization, reduce the structural heterogeneity of castings has good prospects. In addition, unlike doping, modification does not require a large number of expensive additives and, accordingly, slightly increases the final cost of production.

Abstract: During the operation of thermal power plants, boilers, incinerators, vehicles, industrial enterprises for the production of synthetic fatty acids, building materials, paints, textiles, cardboard, paper, as well as resins and products based on them – plywood, chipboards, wood-fiber boards, plastics, etc. The environment is contaminated with formaldehyde. Formaldehyde acts climatically and toxically on local, regional and global processes in the environment and contributes to a high level of air pollution (air pollution index > 14) in almost all industrialized regions of Russia. Products containing formaldehyde, getting into residential and non-residential premises, create an environmental risk to public health. The article is devoted to determining the effect of formaldehyde on woody plants by biochemical and electrophysiological methods and developing a method of reducing the concentration of formaldehyde in the environment by introducing into industrial materials aluminosilicate sorbents of different crystal chemical structure, processed thermo-, in a pulsed magnetic field and under the combined effect of a pulsed magnetic field and temperature effects.

Abstract: Since ancient times, lime, lime pozzolanic, lime-cement, lime-clay binders, the compositions of which our ancestors found empirically, widely and everywhere used in construction. Even in the first half of the XX century, these binders occupied a significant place in the construction practice. The development of production and the relative availability of cement led to a significant reduction in demand for many clinker-free, including lime (Portland) binders. Today, the priorities of scientific and applied technological developments of both traditional building materials and materials of new generations are determined by the actualization of the concept and criteria of resource saving and energy efficiency.

Abstract: Currently, dry mixes (CDM) play an important role in the development of the world market of building materials. The industry of construction and finishing materials in Russia is quite young: the first time the dry building mixes appeared on the Russian market in the late 1980s, the consumption structure of CDM in the domestic market the main share (70%) are in the adhesive and plasters. The use of other compositions, in particular mixtures for self – leveling floors, does not have significant volumes and often the reason for this is the lack of design solutions and the low level of qualification of specialists at different levels from workers to designers who do not own CDM technologies.
