An Input Control Job Release Mechanism for Mould Industry in Environment of Stochastic Production

Article Preview

Abstract:

To achieve the short and reliable due date of mould, it is crucial to control effectively the production of shop floor. A job release control model was proposed in this paper. Firstly, decision problems of input control job release were analyzed in mould industry. Then, considering the uncertainty of the production durations and optional resources, an input control job release mechanism was proposed. Finally, the calculating algorithm for the direct and indirect workload of load centers was found. Furthermore, a calculating sample was introduced.
