Abstract:

Relevance of research of construction company’s strategy implementation process is determined by the necessity to improve its competitiveness in conditions of instability and changes. The aim of the research is to specify the problematic aspects of a special stage of strategic management – the stage of strategy implementation. As a result, the following system of managerial actions and procedures for the strategy implementation process of a construction company was justified: creation of organizational conditions (changing the organizational structure and organizational culture of a construction company, system of motivation, staff competencies and management style); adjustment of a company's management system for achieving its strategic goals and objectives; creation of a special system for monitoring the process of strategy implementation; formation of a mechanism for adaptation of a strategy and / or external and internal environment of a construction company to achieve its strategic goals.
