Abstract:

The article deals with the method of cost optimization in the construction of objects for various purposes. The existing opportunities of optimization of expenses of the budget investments in objects of capital construction are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to improving the efficiency of the funds use in the various works performance, it is proposed to use the hidden opportunities and reserves of the company, receive a positive opinion of the state expertise, as well as expand the powers of planning and spending funds in capital construction. The functions of the office focused on its efforts on crucial, vital internal and external activities.
