Pendulum-Generator as New Energy Source

Abstract:

For a number of applications in the logistics sector, an energy supply is needed in order to supply sensors. The use of batteries only is cumbersome because of the recharge problems. A novel generator is described which utilises the stochastic vibrations related to transportation of containers. The principle is outlined and details of the prototype are given.
