A quantitative method for selecting, organizing and structuring the content of chemistry courses is proposed in this article.
Introduction The problem of selecting and structuring the content of an educational material in chemistry in accordance with the number of hours regulated by the curriculum was always in the forefront for teachers of chemistry in the universities.
Despite the fact that the structuring is proposed by the authors of chemistry textbooks, it is adjusted by each lecturer in the framework of specific chemistry training courses annually.
This allows to take the semantic structure of the paragraph for the semantic structure of the concept itself, the completeness of the contents of which is determined by the educational level of the given chemistry textbook.
Fig. 4 shows the complete semantic structure of an educational material unit "The rate of chemical reaction" from elementary chemistry, and Fig. 5 shows the corresponding graph.

Organic chemistry is one of the important branches of chemistry.
There are three items of organic chemistry got Nobel Prize in Chemistry in the recent ten years.
The 12 principles of green chemistry widely recognized in international community at present are: · prevent pollution from the beginning; · atom economy principle; · avoid toxic and harmful substances to the full; · design efficient and harmfulless product; · use as least reaction supplies such as solvent as possible; · consuming less energy in manufacturing; · use as much reproducible material as possible; · try to produce as less side products as possible; · choose catalyst with high selectivity; · use degradable material; · real time monitor the emergence of harmful material; · try to reduce accidental risks to the full.[1] I personally have made some beneficial explorations on the infiltration of the sense of green chemistry in organic chemistry teaching, Infiltrate Green Chemistry in the Teaching of Organic Chemistry Theory At present, the teaching materials of university organic chemistry generally involves only the structure of organic compound and its nature
The organic chemistry course is difficult for students to learn and can hardly interests them as the content is too large and sundry, reaction types too many, the structure too systemic, theory expoundation too abstract in some contents such as reaction mechanism, stereochemistry, etc.
Multimedia-aided teaching can help students quickly build up space model in their minds, make it easier to learn and improved teaching efficiency by displaying the stereochemical structure of organic molecule vividly and directly.

The structure of the connected course is shown on the top of the space table with inter-subject links.
The connectedness of two courses has been calculated through a qualitative feature between the force of connection of two Physics and Chemistry courses in the group of physical terms by the following formula (1) where N - is a number of structure elements of the connected course; F - is a sum of all forces in the group of terms.
However, it is quite reasonable and complies with the logic of the textbook structure.

The B/A ratio of 1.5 in these compounds results in a layered and complex structure.
