Based on the background of Baiyun mountain reservoir water resource documents, presents the method combined with BP network and DS evidence reasoning.
Among them, the various factors affecting water resources are treated as measured objects, and the sensor group is responsible for original equipment online collection of information, pre-processing of information (including filtering, noise removal, compression, etc.), and passing information to the partial fusion center to be partially integrated, and finally in the fusion center to be combined, analyzed, evaluated, and thus judge result obtained.
In this paper, we adopt different BP neural network as classifiers to respective fields, and take the credibility value of the neural network classification results and the credibility value of the professional knowledge of experts in the field as input evidence of DS evidence reasoning model, to get high accurate feature classification results of subjective/objective evidence fusion.

[4] [5] [6] Natural gas hydrate is a kind of solid crystalline substance which was formed by natural gases and water at relatively low temperatures and high enough pressures [7].So it mostly located in depths greater than 300 meters above the seafloor sediments or in the cold permafrost.

Meanwhile, both compressive strength and elastic modulus are up to the mass ratios of cement, sands and water.
When the mass ratio of cement, sands and water is 1:4.70:0.81, both the compressive strength and elastic modulus values are better than others, because the bonding capacities between iron wires and cement mortar are determined by the mass ratios of cement, sands and water.
