Introduction
Advanced ceramics are currently used in many industrial sectors due to properties such as high hardness, good abrasion and corrosion resistance, and retention of high strength at high temperature.
Other significant factors affecting pressed green density include applied pressure, friction between granules and the die wall, granule flow-ability [1, 2], and particle size distribution (PSD) [3].
Factors affecting sintering shrinkage include the sintering profile, heating rate, green density, and material characteristics [4, 5].
The current work studied the effect of properties of 92% alumina spray dried granules on the compaction, and the amount of shrinkage during sintering of simple and complex shaped samples.
McCuiston, The effect of granule morphology and composition on the compaction behavior and mechanical properties of 92% alumina spray dried granules, J.

The device applies only to the materials with the unit length having the large enough dielectric loss factors, and when there is the work load the available bandwidth is too narrow.
They measured the frequency, and the dielectric properties of the polymers change in the temperature and when the temperature is constant, the dielectric properties change with the frequency.
Using the dielectric loss factor ε ", the dielectric loss tangent of tan δ and the oscillator strength which is the static dielectric constant, as the standards to measure the processing properties of the polymer microwave, we study the microwave absorption properties of a series of different chemical and physical structure of polymers, and then this method is applied to the preparation of composite materials and polymer blends.
Tweedyhrrele, et al did the microwave polymerization of the methacrylic acid and the hydroxyl compounds and obtained materials of excellent mechanical properties.
Conclusion The microwave technology can better solve the polymer synthesis and polymer mixture viscosity caused by heat capacity difference, thus affecting the yield and product quality problems.

Influencing factors of icing
Meteorological factors that influences icing include temperature, air humidity, wind speed, wind direction, supercool water droplet’s diameter, etc.
In comparison with other factors, wind speed especially affects the formation of granular rime. 4) Supercooled water droplets: Supercooled water mainly influences the type of icing.
These four factors restrict each other, and they are strongly connected.
It represents the falling degree of classification properties, in order to get accurate result, we should choose the biggest I(X, a) attribute as classification properties[3].
Icing type decision tree based on ID3 According to icing forming conditions and properties, icing type can be divided into A, B, C, D, E five different types[4].

The useful wrinkles are expected to improve the forming property.
Actually wrinkles are hard to calculate through the energy method directly, which was affected by some factors.
Because the wrinkles are affected by parts geometric shape, wall thickness, material mechanical properties, etc.
When mechanical condition isn’t satisfied, the bursting wrinkles will happen.
Wang et al [10] studied the geometrical parameter which affected on wrinkles by the means of neural network method.

Properties have been investigated included hardness, hardness anisotropy, fracture toughness, fatigue
behaviour and indentation creep [1-4].
Another factor need to be studied is the possible effect of various loads on indentation creep rate.
However, there is a possibility that the factors affecting the short-time indentation size effect will also influence the overall change in dimensions in an indentation creep test.
These results suggest the indentation creep rate, which is the main factor for an indentation creep test, was not affected by the ISE.
One important application of indenta- tion creep tests is to establish the time dependent properties of the ceramics and predict the service life of ceramic compo- nents.

Experimental Procedure
2.1 Materials and specimens
The material used in our experiment was SNCM-8, special steel used in mechanical structures, and its
chemical components and mechanical properties are presented in Table 1 and 2, respectively.
After the CT specimen was nitrified, notches were made on it so that the nitride layer affects not from the stage of crack occurrence but from the stage of crack growth.
Table Table Table Table 2222 Mechanical properties of SNCM Ultimate strength(MPa) Yield strength(MPa) Elongation δ (%) Vickers hardness (Hv) 736 590 14 270 Fig. 1 Dimensions of CT specimen Fig. 2 Shape of fluidized bed furnace 2.2 Nitrogenation using a fluidized bed furnace In our experiment, nitrogenation was carried out using a self-developed fluidized bed furnace, the unit processing price of which is much lower than that of a vacuum furnace while producing the same effect.
The width of stress-intensify factor (Δ K) was calculated using the equation below.

The alkaline treatment solution generally reacts with the fibers' hydroxyl groups to enhance its hydrophilic properties, based on the fact that natural-derived fibers hydrophilic property reduces the mechanical properties and the bonding strength between fibers and the surrounding matrices, leading to better fiber-matrix bonding [9, 10].
The morphology structure of the cellulose fiber is one of the important factors that influence the physical and mechanical properties of the fiber when used as a reinforcing material for polymer composites.

As a support tool of concurrent engineering, DFC is used in the design stage to make designers take account of the manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and other cost factors of life cycle, make an economic evaluation of product technology, timely modify the design according to cost, and finally reduce product cost.
Process diagram includes processing attributes and processing method, which is the main factor affecting the processing time and production cost.
The starting point of cost modeling is higher than cost estimation that we should get predictive value, and also establish function relations to realize optimal matching between these properties and product cost, which is based on analysis of relationship between some attributes and cost changes.
The disadvantage of this approach is that the selection of the hidden layer is less scientific, and need to be determined after a spreadsheet. (4)Multi-agent cost estimate: The cost is line decomposed according to the influenced factors.

Laser Welding
Because of the big difference in physical properties between matrix and reinforced phase, defects such as porosity, slag inclusion and gas pore are apt to emerge in the weld subjected to the fusion welding.
It was pointed out that an important factor affecting strength of the joint was the reaction between the matrix and the reinforced phase.
At the same time, reaction products Al4C3 and Si, due to the properties of being brittle, further weakened the strength of the weld.
Important factor affecting the joint strength is the interface reaction between whisker SiC and matrix Al in the molten pool.
The brittle reaction products damage the initial interface between reinforced phase and matrix, consequently decreasing mechanical properties of the weld
