The physicochemical properties of nano-emulsions are interesting for practical applications especially in agriculture because of their small droplet size and long-term stability.
This study provides a strategy to evaluates the effect of environmental factors on the quality of the formulated product, which is utilized for the prediction of its shelf life and determine proper storage conditions.
Increased temperature increases the solubility of Tween 80, making the surfactant more soluble in the oil phase and affecting the spontaneous curvature of the surfactant film.
Conclusion This study provides a strategy to evaluate the effect of environmental factors on the quality of the formulated product, which is used to predict shelf life and determine proper storage conditions.

Nevertheless, it is usually accompanied by a subsequent step—selenization of metallic precursor, which is influenced by many complex factors, and selenide gas (H2Se) also lead to environmental problem.
As a pilot study, we systematically study the effects of substrate temperature, one of the key factors that affect the quality of thin film, on the structure, morphology, composition and electrical property of CIGS films sputtered at low power.
The electrical properties, including the resistivity, carrier concentration and Hall mobility, were determined by Hall-effect measurements (Swin HALL8800).
The influence of the substrate temperature on the CIGS film structure and properties has been studied.
At substrate temperature of 300 ℃, the existence of Cu-rich particles are observed on the surface of CIGS films, which make the properties of the film worse.

Particularly, the swelling properties and physicochemiacl property of rubber stator determines its life.
The performance of the modified rubber is analyzed by X-ray and scanning electron microscopy. [3] and [4] does not involve the performance of rubber changed after immersion. [5] study the swelling properties of nitrile rubber stator in diesel by testing volume expansion, linear expansion and swelling morphology by scanning electron microscopy. [5] does not related to mechanical properties of rubber stator. [6] study mechanical properties and physical sensitivity of hydrogenated nitrile rubber of ESPCP stator but does not study the mechanical properties of rubber after longer immersion. [7] study the mechanical behavior of vulcanization rubber under the conditions of temperature changed, large deformation by uniaxial tensile test. The recoil of airborne machine gun affects the safety of aircrafts.
There are many factors that affect the test precision of weapon recoil, e.g. thrust misalignment characteristics [1], calibration method used in recoil test [2], dynamic characteristics of the frame body and so on.
Factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of recoil test bench include frame body’s natural frequency, damping ratio, etc.
Some differences even reach 40% which affects the availability of test data seriously.
According to the actual structures and mechanical properties of the test bench, we select the appropriate frame body constraints, imposed load conditions and recoil test points in the simulation model. ①Constraints: DOF constraints on the bottom surface of test bench; ②Loading conditions: Impose pulse shock loads on the top of test bench along the shooting direction; ③Recoil test points: The actual installation positions of sensors.

The microstructure and physical and mechanical properties of the composites were examined. 1.
Physical and mechanical properties of the composite-building materials (at room temperature) assumed in the numerical calculations of the residual stress state [3,4,5].
The microstructure, physical properties (density), and mechanical properties (bending strength, microhardness) were examined. 2.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS The results of the calculations and examinations of the composites do not permit us to draw unequivocal conclusions whether the residual stress state affects the properties of the composites.
The properties of the composites seem to depend chiefly on the properties of the ceramic phase and its volumetric share.

The influencing factors of dimensional precision in the file preparation of CAD model, manufacturing system of SLS prototype and sintering process are analyzed.
Therefore, the mechanical stresses are induced inevitably.
It is necessary to investigate the influence factors and the rule of dimension changes in sintering process to obtain SLS prototype of higher dimensional precision.
Analysis of the dimensional precision of SLS prototype The Influencing Factors of the Dimensional precision of SLS Prototype.
It is shown that the influence factors include the rate of shrinkage and transition temperature, that are essential properties of polymer.

Properties have been investigated included hardness, hardness anisotropy, fracture toughness, fatigue behaviour and indentation creep [1-4].
Another factor need to be studied is the possible effect of various loads on indentation creep rate.
However, there is a possibility that the factors affecting the short-time indentation size effect will also influence the overall change in dimensions in an indentation creep test.
These results suggest the indentation creep rate, which is the main factor for an indentation creep test, was not affected by the ISE.
One important application of indenta- tion creep tests is to establish the time dependent properties of the ceramics and predict the service life of ceramic compo- nents.

Vital factors of this method were optimized by investigating micro-structures.
Introduction: Semi-solid metal (SSM) processing is considered a relatively new technology that offers distinct advantages over other near-net-shape casting processes, i.e. it is a more homogeneous microstructure, less porosity and segregation, and improved mechanical properties [1-2]; therefore it is of growing industrial significance particularly for magnesium and aluminum alloys [1-4].
This optimum point is affected by cup's material, because it has got a different heat transfer coefficient.
Cup's dimensions and material are not only the factors to be considered in deciding whether this cup's shape and procedure are suitable for semi-solid casting.
Several factors should be investigated theoretically and experimentally in further works.

Experiments to obtain the mechanical properties of CFRP are costly and time consuming.
In tensile deformation, it is considered that voids in the thermosetting resin affect the strength and formability.
It was confirmed that the occurrence of fiber kinking, which is an important factor in compressive fracture and formability of CFRP, varies depending on the GTN parameters. 5.
Compression analyses were carried out with a model considering the initial misalignment of the fiber and the ductility property of the resin by the GTN model.
On the basis of these numerical experiments, it was found that, by considering ductile properties of resin and fiber kinking affected by fiber-resin interaction, a microscale simulation with the GTN parameters is effective to analyze the strength and formability of CFRP sheets.
