Special equipments with special materials are very important equipments with potentialdanger, which are widely used.
Introduction Nondestructive Testing, NDT is a new comprehensive science and technology, is in no damage to the detected object conditions, using material internal structure anomaly or defects caused by the existence of heat, sound, light, electricity, magnetic reactions such as change, to detect all kinds of engineering materials, spare parts, components internal and surface defects, and the defect types, properties, quantity, shape, position, size, distribution and its changes make judgment and evaluation [1].
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, nondestructive testing also has been developing rapidly.
Eddy current testing automation rate is higher, but only detection conductive materials, difficult to judge defects types, sensitivity is relatively low.

Materials and Methods of Research
The objects of research were lithium iodate crystals α-LiIO3 (hexagonal syngony, point group C6) grown by open evaporation in H2O and D2O, shown in Fig. 1.
Grown α-LiIO3 crystals and a sample for research To diagnose heavy water molecules and types of vibrational centers in crystalline materials, carefully polished samples are placed in an IR spectrometer.
The study of IR spectra showed the presence of absorption centers associated with H+ ions, D2O and semi-heavy water molecules HDO, indicating the presence of H/D exchange in water molecules in crystalline materials.

Then, the simulation of ESC in real manufacturing process is finished using the above method, which focuses on the effects of dielectric materials and voltage on electrostatic force.
The influences of dielectric materials and voltage on the clamping force are studied for an ESC model based on real process.
This paper only studies the influences of dielectric materials and voltage on clamping force.

To validate that the abrasive tool with heat pipe can safely and steadily grind materials, the model analysis of abrasive tool with heat pipe is carried on with the ANSYS software based on the theory of modal analysis, then the first five order natural frequency and vibration models are to get.
In this case, element type is solid 8node185, material models include: elasticity modulus is 2E11, poisson's ratio is 0.3, and material density is 7800.
