The Non-destructive Measurement Instrument for Material Thickness

Abstract.
In a variety of materials, the ultrasonic propagation velocity is different.
In practice, the general use of the limited duration of pulsed ultrasound, due to the need for engineering technology, and further divided it as wide pulse and narrow pulse.
Keyboard circuit design of the system has 4 independent keys: K1 speed of sound selection key, select the speed of sound system do with it, ultrasonic thickness gauge in measuring the thickness of different materials, due to ultrasound propagation in different materials at different speeds, set the material the speed of sound, for example, the speed of sound of steel 5950m / s, the velocity of zinc 4170m /.
K2 Velocity plus 1: 9 mentioned above to set the speed of sound typical materials, selected by the speed of sound selection button.

In the central monitor layer, it is constructed by some dedicated and reliable monitoring computer stations with the Siemens WINCC composition, including the operator station and engineer station.
Conclusion Most production enterprises of new wall materials are a kind of labor-intensive enterprises, in recent years labor costs is rising, this process monitor configuration system is helpful for improving the automation, intelligence and production efficiency of new wall materials equipments, reducing production investment costs and promoting the healthy development of new wall materials enterprises.

For example, the general contractor don’t coordinate with some works in time, with insufficient investment in EPC engineering of human, financial and material resources.
Increase the level of engineering claim processing.
