Although the tool path can be generated by the advanced multi-axis CAD/CAM system, the prices of such systems are very high.
Many advanced CAD/CAM systems have provided the functions to create tool paths for 3+2 machining.
On the other hand, the advanced controller, such as FANUC 31i-A5 [3], provides special function code, such as G68.2, to machine features in the tilted plane easily.
The G68.2 command in the FAUNC advanced controller enables the programming coordinate system to switch to a feature coordinate system.

Introduction Recently, the steel plates with excellent combination of ultra-high strength and toughness, production by advanced technology are in urgent need.
This phenomenon can be find in samples of advanced the tempering time (d#) and the tempering temperature (e#, f#).
The Super-OLAC+HOP process mentioned above have been applied in JFE Steel’s advanced steel plates.
