This view is based on the stress control fatigue properties of materials.
But when stress levels are close to the yield strength of materials, cyclic softening properties of some materials will significantly reduce the lives of mechanical elements, especially under the symmetric cycle loads.
So it is necessary to take into account of the material cyclic yield properties, which are defined as the fatigue properties of materials under the stresses close to the yield strength of materials.

The characteristic physical properties of titanium alloy materials of the electrical discharge machining (EDM) small hole is studied theoretically and experimentally.
Thereby, the main characteristic of EDM is described as follow: it can machining whatever conductive materials and not be restricted by its hardness; it can machining blind-hole; deep-hole; slant-hole and profiled hole on the slant; it has low cutting force in machining process and requires low strength and stiffness.

Zinc phosphate materials which have different morphologies, particle size and good crystalline were prepared via an effective template method.
Some practical experimental conclusions could be obtained, which were expected to have potential values in synthesis of functional materials.
The zinc phosphates [Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O] as an important inorganic functional materials with excellent thermal stability, colorless, non-toxic, good anticorrosive property, have been found widely applied to ion exchange materials, chelating agents, glass ceramics, high quality fertilizers, biomedical cements and especially as corrosion-resistant coatings[3,4].
