1 Introduction
Poly(vinyl acetate) emulsion represents one of the most important binder materials because of its relatively low cost, low toxicity, ready availability, wide compatibility and excellent adhesion to cellulosed materials.
The effects of the gelation process of the system on of the viscoelastic material functions, elastic storage modulus G’, loss modulus G” and complex viscosity η* were investigated. 2 Experimental 2.1 Materials Monomers: vinyl acetate (VAc), glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), and VeoVa10.

Deformation of continuous chip for scissile metal materials can be analyzed and controlled by analogous methods that are employed at normal cutting speed.
In HSM the machined materials experience intense extrusion and friction, then chips form due to rapid shearing slippage and plastic deformation, in which generate magnitude heat on account of work wasted in deformation and friction and cause high temperature.
