Meanwhile, this dissertation works on the solutions for solving potential problems existing in basic chemistry courses of science and engineering with the author’s previous teaching practice, points out that the purpose of humanities education infiltrating basic chemistry courses of science and engineering is to help students possessing good humanity as well as mastering basic chemistry knowledge and operating skills, and finally to foster students to be qualified talents of all-round development.
Introduction Basic chemistry is a basic course of science and engineering majors such as medicine, pharmaceutical, biochemical, food, environment, textile, metallurgical and others including the basic knowledge of inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry and organic chemistry and so on.
Therefore, teachers should be in line with the principle of everything from the reality in the humanities education penetration during science and engineering chemistry course teaching.

Abstract.
Picking-up and clearing parts are the key device of the important work parts for the line chili harvesting machine, which directly affect the performance of the harvesting machine.
The virtual prototype was designed based on the analysis of Pro/ENGINEER and the physical prototype was made after that.
The early stage of the material properties of chili and planting mode research: picking on the current chili breadth of planting pattern design; Roller diameter according to chili plant height and mechanical speed; the spiral spring tooth arrangement, spacing according to the properties of material chili fruits and decide that favor picking chili.
Star wheel material is made of PVC from star and the shapes of the wheel installed arrangement, rotating speed etc design.
