By using of the principle of the reverse engineering and CATIA V5 software, the torque rheometer mixer rotor used in high polymer material test is designed.
Reverse Engineering of Mixer Rotor A complete reverse engineering process mainly includes data acquisition, data processing and curve surface reconstruction.
Because the reverse engineering will involve many things and face lots of problems during implementation, it’s only system engineering.
The whole processes of reverse engineering please see Fig.2.

Although the research and application of scaffold materials for tendon tissue engineering has achieved some success, but the application materials or the presence of biocompatibility, degradation problems or have poor mechanical properties, machining molding defects, there is still a big gap between the ideal scaffold materials.
This study evaluated the different biological materials in the repair of Achilles tendon injury in effect, provide a theoretical reference for the key to construct tissue engineered tendon is to find appropriate scaffold materials for tendon cell adhesion, growth and functional differentiation.
Therefore, the development of synthetic materials and modified natural materials, make it become accord with the requirements of ideal scaffold material is an important research direction of tendon tissue engineering.
For tendon tissue engineering, scaffold material is the ideal of the key.
Research results will directly promote the development of scaffold materials for tendon tissue engineering, have broad prospects in clinical application.
