Conclusions From the analytic results of the characteristics including FE-SEM, XRD and ESCA, it is known that the prepared TiO2/ITO photocatalysts have uniform structure, with grain size at about 20 nm, and the type of crystallization is mainly Anatase.

There are several observations that the grain boundary structure is influenced by the chemistry of
additives, e.g., clean grain boundaries without an amorphous intergranular film (IGF) were observed
in the SiC sintered with Sc2O3-AlN, crystallized boundaries were observed in the SiC sintered with
Lu2O3-AlN and grain boundaries with an amorphous IGF were observed in the SiC sintered with
Y2O3-AlN [6,7]..
Thus, the interfacial debonding for toughening and softening of the boundary phase at high temperatures were influenced by the chemistry of sintering additives.

However, increasing irradiation dose lowered the conductivity of all blends films revealed the mobility of ions were distracted by the arrangement and changes in chemical structures of the polymer molecules during irradiation process.
