The HPLC method was used,chromatography conditions were Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( 4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-water,The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the col-umn temperature was 30 ˚C with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min,the sample injection was 20μL.
Distilled water was prepared with a Millipore-Q water purification system (Human Corporation,   Korea).
The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile (A) and water (B) in gradient (Table 1) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. injection volume 1.0μL.
Establishment of HPLC fingerprints and common pattern of 32 samples Chromatographic fingerprints of ZheRong Radix pseudostellariae were generated for 32 samples from two manufactures,and about 9 peaks were found in the chromatogram of each individual sample (Fig.2).A common pattern, also known as a reference standard chromatographic fingerprint,was generated by means of professional software named Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version 2004A) after analyzing all chromatograms derived from 32 ZheRong Radix pseudostellariae samples.

Finally, we draw conclusion in section 5. 2, Overall Design of the monitoring system based on the Buoy The whole designed system can be divided into three parts: The first part is the water quality buoy, including the water quality sensor (multi-parameter sensor such as PH, salinity, electric conductivity, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, etc.), water sealing joint, buoy and the anchor, data acquisition unit, battery (solar battery), charging controller, lantern and the GPS etc.
The part’s main function is to obtain the data from the water or the air.
In order to protect the buoy itself, the alert message will send to the data center automatically when the buoy’s shift speed exceeds the predefined speed. 3.2 The principle of the monitoring system based on the buoy The multi-parameter ocean sensors are placed on the surface of the water which we plan to measure through the water sealing connection.
The system’s principle block diagram can be described in Fig 1: Fig 1 The system’s principle block diagram 3.3 The buoy and the communication module design of the system In order to achieve the function that described above, we choose the optimal pivotal device. 1) YSI water quality sensor The common water quality sensor’s output is 4-20 ma(electric current) or 0-5V(voltage), The water temperature range from 0℃ to 60.0℃, the action time is less than 0.5min, The PH range from 0.00 to 14.00, it’s action time is also less than 0.5min.
