Weld geometry size is one of the important factors affecting microstructure and properties of welded joints [2,3,4].
Taking these two factors, AHP will be used to obtain more objective evaluation.
In this paper, the effect of electron beam weld shape on the titanium alloy fatigue properties of welded joints was investigated, and AHP evaluation model was established.
The weight of each factor was determined by hierarchical analysis.
