Three different WSLMWC products as useful materials in biomedicine and food were obtained, namely LMWC-3KDa, LMWC-5KDa, and LMWC-10KDa.
Chitosan has been considered as useful materials in many fields such as food[1], pharmaceutics[2], biomedical materials [3], and cosmetics[4] due to their biocompatibility, biodegradability, and biological activities.

The drying process is the phenomenon of the application of the heat transfer science.
The energy balance and exergy on the solar drying system is becoming an important consideration because of the drying is also an application of the thermodynamics science, and this phenomenon was investigated in a solar drying system [3,4].
Useful energy was depending on the decreasing of material mass against the time as shown on Fig. 3.
When the decreasing of material mass has achieved the value of zero, it meant that the material which was dried has dried.
