Abstract: When a steel etc. a ferromagnetic material is subjected to the external loads, the internal force will develop, that is, stress will develop inside the material, which will lead to a corresponding change in the magnetic permeability of this material when magnetized.

It is an artificial way to extracted genetic material, such as DNA, which is required in a certain donor biological gene materials.
In 1973, they inserted the exogenous gene into plasmid DNA, and mixed the new DNA, introduced Escherichia coli into these mixed materials, which achieved the gene transfer success.
This is the first artificial planned implementation of genetic engineering in the world, which declared the birth of genetic engineering.
In addition, the raw materials used by the genetic engineering are generally renewable and recycled creatures that do not need to consume large amounts of non-renewable resources, and realizes the technology of clean, low consumption, and the purpose of sustainable development.
Measure of Value and Ethical Value Value is about the nature of the self sustaining and development, human factors for all human practice ontology, including any form of materials.

Introduction
With the progress of the materials science technology, engineering ceramics have become a kind of
advanced material with many merits and been widely applied in the fields of aerospace, science and
technology of national defence, computer engineering and so on [1,2].
On the other hand, the mechanical properties of workpiece materials also have important influences on the surface quality [7].
In order to study the surface roughness characteristics of different kinds of engineering ceramics and clarify the effects of lapping parameters on surface roughness, three kinds of engineering ceramics such as Al2O3, ZrO2 and ZTA were chosen as experiment materials, and the contrast experiments of high-speed lapping with and without ultrasonic assistance were carried out in this paper.
The properties of test materials are listed in Table2.

Abstract: This article determine the wheel load on the role of piezoelectric vibrator in the way as the low-frequency vibration force through analyzing the wheel load, and the loading frequency is 10Hz;in this paper, combining with asphalt roadbed structural response, we get that the piezoelectric conversion device that between the above layer and the middle layer generate optimal performance adopting the theoretical calculation, a single piezoelectric vibrator can generate the electricity by a 2.62 mJ, what provides a theoretical support for the pavement performance of the piezoelectric

But piezoelectric ceramic materials belongs to brittle material, it will be broken when the piezoelectric materials are closed to the pavement, so we should consider the mechanical characteristics of piezoelectric materials; moreover, pavement will stand axle load for millions of times and even hundreds of millions of times in design working life, too much stress can cause fatigue damage of piezoelectric materials, therefore, not only the theoretical data, but also the material characterization and the coupling of the material characterization and the pavement should be taken in consideration to judge the position of the piezoelectric materials.
