However, compared to hydrocyclones, membranes have low processing capacity and a continuous reduction in permeate flux due to two factors: solute accumulation (concentration polarization layer) and adsorption of components to the membrane surface (incrustation).

Additionally, they examined the relation between mechanical properties of the sheet metal and the cut end deformation.
Holmas[4] mention about cut end deformation which is cause by internal stress but because of the author neither has sufficient data to specify these internal stress, the influencing factors of cut end deformation are frequently be identified.
Table 1.Mechanical properties of sheet (SPCC) Table 1 summarizes the mechanical properties of the sheet metal, as derived from tensile tests.
Conclusion The opening and closing of the cut end deformation are less affected by lip length in this experiment.
Large residual shear stress in the transversal-longitudinal direction at the edge affecting the outer and inner layers, result in cut end deformation.

Scientists are trying to find an approximate calculation method that the combines thetheory and numerical simulationexperiments to study the relationship between structure and properties of concrete and attempt to develop microscopic and macroscopic mechanical properties of a bridge between the cracks.
These cracks are often caused by engineering accident risks, seriously affecting the quality of concrete construction, affecting the durability of concrete. So the crack treatment is the key issue of the adequacy of the correct analysis of reinforced concrete structures.
In order to investigate the influence of aggregate structure on the macroscopic properties of concrete,Guangting Liu,ZongminWang[4] generate aggregate structure randomly.
Material cracking mechanical response can be a realistic simulation by giving the binding unit with appropriate constitutive relation.
In the fracture crack model, by adjusting the stress intensity factor the case of unit cracking can be accurately judged.

The thermal effect during the welding process can unacceptably deteriorate the mechanical properties of the material.
It is proposed to use preheating and heat treatment to obtain a joint with required mechanical properties.

Test results showed that all the properties of the developed waterproofing coating conform to standard requirements, the bonding strength of wet substrate reached 1.8 MPa, and 28d seepage resistance reached 1.3 MPa.
Test selection factors and levels are shown in Table 1, results of orthogonal tests are shown in Table 2, and Y0 is a blank reference test sample.
For the second seepage resistance test (28d), the influence of B factor in the four factors is most obvious, i.e. the influence on second seepage resistance is greatest, and then C, D and E.
The test results of uniformity and the physical and mechanical properties of the coating are shown in Table 3 and Table 4.

For all these demands, safeguiding of lives and properties is very pertinent, and thus building collapses during and after construction must be avoided [2].
These and many other unreported cases resulted in lost of many lives and properties worth millions of Naira [8, 11, 12].
In a previous study, reinforcing steel bars from most of the Nigerian steel industries have been found to be suitable for construction work due to their higher mechanical properties than the standards, Alabi and Onyeyi [13].

Thermomechanical controlled processing is a very important way to control the microstructure and mechanical properties in low carbon, high strength steel.
However, bainitic ferrite is also a very critical factor for the mechanical properties of steel.
Both of these two factors commonly decided the mechanical properties of the steel, especially the toughness and hydrogen-related cracking(HIC).
The bainitic ferrite should be considered from its orientations and the packet size when it is used to evaluate the mechanical properties of steels.

To obtain the necessary structure and mechanical properties, heat treatment of the finished wire and its products is usually applying.
The structure and mechanical properties of the metal after heat treatment are affected not only by the initial metal structure, the reduction ratio at deformation, the temperature and the heat treatment time, but also the rate of temperature rise.
Statistical processing of the structure and mechanical properties study results shown the follows.
The quality study was carried out on the following indicators: mechanical properties (the value of the tensile strength, elongation, relative constriction, hardness), the structure of the metal, the depth of the decarburized layer.
The metal sending the heat treatment had unstable mechanical properties and a heterogeneous structure.

Therefore, in order to seek solutions to eliminate or reduce such an effect, it is essential to provide for the occurrence of this effect during the design of microstructure and mechanical properties by correlating the material.
The BH steel is essentially a result of a static strain aging process caused by the diffusion of carbon present in the ink applied in oven at 170° C, which affects the mechanical properties through three mechanisms: the migration of carbon atoms between the possible sets of interstitial sites, this tension-induced migration, the carbon segregation by disagreements, and carbides precipitation.
Tests of mechanical conformation.
Results and discussion With respect to mechanical properties, their values, shown in Table I, were obtained by tensile tests, extracting the specimens in a transverse direction at 45 degrees to the lamination direction of the material.

By setting up the model of tree, mine safety management researching analyses various elements about relationship and effect under affecting each other.
With the sustained development of China's mining industry, production safety accidents have occurred and it poses a serious loss of life and property and national economic. [1] The direct cause of mine disasters are insecurity of human behaviors and insecure mining operating environment.
Clearly, on-the-job injuries due to unsafe work behaviors remain a significant problem nationwide [3] The Necessity of Building Systematic Safety Management System In the mining industry alone,1,430 workers were killed in both metal/nonmetal and surface/ underground coal mines from 1992 to 2000 [4]Due to the mining industry belonging to a high-risk industries, many instable factors, such as the uneven quality of personnel, various production processes, complicate operating conditions, aging equipment failure and so on, which affect the safe production of mines to a varying degree and produce tremendous threat of personal safety, therefore, the construction of the safety management system is particularly important.
Mine safety management regard safety management as a system, through the optimization of various factors together, the mining safety management also optimized.
