In this paper, the substrate of nano-pillar forest structure whose density is controllable was fabricated.
A large area silicon nano-pillar structure, which is the nano-pillar forest structure, is obtained by making use of the structure of the nanoparticles as the anisotropic etching mask substrate (as shown in Figure 1 (c)).
Now, the silicon nano-pillar forests structure (Figure 1 (d)) is left without any chemical pollutants, and the corresponding SEM result is shown in Figure 2 (b).
The intensity of the signal has relation with both the concentration and the density of nano-Au-pillar on the surface of the nano-structure.

A competition between ferro- and antiferromagnetic interactions can give rise to a new magnetic structure.
Magnetization behavior under external magnetic field confirms in terms of nonuniform magnetic structure.
These effects are explained in term of a nonuniform magnetic structure, consisting of domain with canted antiferromagnetic.

Test and analysis of micro-hardness The crack, softening and other defects are often found at HAZ, in order to understand more about the welding discipline of 30CrMnSiA steel after final thermal treatment, and identify its structure, crack and degree of softening, take samples at the crossing face of each welding piece, find out the micro-hardness of each point, and draw out the hardness curve (Fig.1).
(a) (b) (c) Fig.2 The HAZ metallographic structure after welding (a) Test piece 1 (b) Test piece 2 (c) Test piece 3 ) The structure of the three test-pieces are very similar, they are all T+M structure, the grain size of Test-piece is the smallest, its HAZ has the best mechanical property and the lowest cold-cracking tendency.
The metallographic structures of the three test-pieces are shown in Fig 2.

Rietveld4 who showed (in 1967-1969) how it is possible to arrive at the (refined) crystal-structure parameters from a measured powder diffraction pattern containing (many) overlapping reflections, on the basis of an (assumed) profile-shape function.
This rise to maturity can for example be illustrated by recognizing that a first crystal-structure determination of the new class of superconductors was achieved by (neutron) powder (Rietveld) diffraction analysis6.
We have been witness of and participant in the resurgence of powder diffraction since 1970 as a major tool of research in the physics and chemistry of the solid state.

Synthesis and characterization of a new thermosetting boric acid ester Jian Zhang1, a, Jia Liu 2,b 1,2Xi’an University of Technology Department of Applied Chemistry, Shanxi,China azhangjian@xaut.edu.cn,bpodorliujia@gmail.com Keywords: boric acid ester; thermosetting; antioxidant; high temperature Abstract.
Structure, hydrolytic stability, curing properties and and thermal properties of the boric acid ester were studied by FT-IR, DSC and TGA.
Results and discussion Structure of TBSE The FT-IR spectra of TBSE are shown in figure 2.
In addition, according to the infrared spectra and mechanism of esterification reaction, we speculate that structure of TBSE may be consistent with what we designed.
Instead, the introduction of TBSE reduces the weak bond structure, in other words, it improves the thermal stability and residual decomposition rate of the material.
