The construction of Nanjing as a green ecological wisdom city is a huge system engineering, including environment, economy, society and many other aspects.
Pay attention to popularize the Informatization basic education at the same time to strengthen the information technology, urban planning, civil engineering, landscape engineering, environmental engineering, such as the construction of professional disciplines, vigorously develop vocational education, the Cooperation of Industry & Education and Research with Government , develop application technology talents to provide powerful intellectual support and the talent guarantee for the urban construction.
Promote civil engineering technology, information technology, environmental protection technology and other high-end industries, the city produced a harmonious integration of the development situation.
Learn from foreign advanced technology, to strengthen the green building advanced research and development of appropriate technologies; focusing construction method, product standards, form a group of technical urban construction, network engineering, sensor engineering, intelligent computing and other intellectual property rights, standards, products and services.
Strengthen the close cooperation the government, enterprises, industry associations, to achieve urban planning, interdisciplinary information sharing land resources, civil engineering, landscaping, digital geography, environmental protection and other construction-related industries to promote common technology platform, and gradually establish a green eco-Smart City standards.

Abstract: In large-scale urban adaptation and real estate development process, some protective cultural relic buildings and modern excellent architecture face the reality of being demolished, that will produce a large number of construction rubbish, pollute the environment , at the same time, cause a large number of resources waste.
In order to solve those problem, civil engineer provided a good processing way -- buildings translation technology, which will be benefit to protect natural resources and maximum reduce the negative effect on natural environment.
The integral building translation technology first applied in New Zealand, engineers use steam locomotive as draught device and moved masonry of New Plymouth to a new location.
Currently, steel bar roller, seamless steel tube perfuse with high-strength expansion concrete roller, seamless steel tube perfuse with polymer roller and engineering plastics alloy roller etc, are used widely.
