(b) Water source condition, which provides power for debris flow initiation.
As a result, water flows rapidly and turbulently with large dynamic change during rainstorm, characterizing the gully with fast water collection and fast water discharge.
Water source conditions.
Therefore, to accurately determine those eigenvalues of debris flows is both a key issue in debris flow calculation and a focus of professionals in this domain.
Besides, water sources exist in abundance there.

The solar energy can be used for electricity, for hot water, for warming and cooling.
It should minimize the soil erosion caused by heavy rain; minimize the use of tap water for watering; Minimize field heat island effect.
Green constructions mainly includes green construction management, environment protection techniches, minimizing materials and resources, saving water and effective use of water resource.
In addition, green construction requirements in construction adopts advanced water-saving construction technology, on-site stirring water and maintenance of water should take effective measures, and on construction site we shall establish establish rain, water or recycled water collecting utilization system to save the water.
However, in more than 10 years after launch, the first generation of architectural evaluation system encountered many critics, especially after entering China a few years later, various authories especially the professionals doubt for LEED assessment system because the first generation of evaluation system emphasized monomial technical application.

Finally, we draw conclusion in section 5.
2, Overall Design of the monitoring system based on the Buoy
The whole designed system can be divided into three parts:
The first part is the water quality buoy, including the water quality sensor (multi-parameter sensor such as PH, salinity, electric conductivity, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, etc.), water sealing joint, buoy and the anchor, data acquisition unit, battery (solar battery), charging controller, lantern and the GPS etc.
The part’s main function is to obtain the data from the water or the air.
In order to protect the buoy itself, the alert message will send to the data center automatically when the buoy’s shift speed exceeds the predefined speed. 3.2 The principle of the monitoring system based on the buoy The multi-parameter ocean sensors are placed on the surface of the water which we plan to measure through the water sealing connection.
The system’s principle block diagram can be described in Fig 1: Fig 1 The system’s principle block diagram 3.3 The buoy and the communication module design of the system In order to achieve the function that described above, we choose the optimal pivotal device. 1) YSI water quality sensor The common water quality sensor’s output is 4-20 ma(electric current) or 0-5V(voltage), The water temperature range from 0℃ to 60.0℃, the action time is less than 0.5min, The PH range from 0.00 to 14.00, it’s action time is also less than 0.5min.

Therefore, the core of the PNN credit evaluation model of practicing qualification personnel is to determine the standard network learning model according to the credit of practicing qualification personnel.
2.1 PNN network input value selection
As project leaders or professional personnel, practicing qualification personnel are employed to a construction unit.
The 5 classes of indices includes: working ability indices (technical and professional title, training condition, working years in this area, professional level and professional skill); Working performance indices(working awards record, punishment record, completion acceptance one shot rate, owner satisfaction rate, equipment intact rate, project qualified rate and superior project rate); Basic personal situation indices (age, education and marital status); Personal asset indices (annual income, annual expenditures and total current liabilities); and credit condition indices (credit record, loan record and other denigrate records). 2.2 Experimental results Study on the PNN network credit classification of the practicing qualification personnel, and compare with BP networks.
Probabilistic Neural Network Model and Its Application in Evaluation of the Water Quality Near the Dam Area of Three Gorges Reservoir.

The development trends of safety monitoring technology for cold store are as follows:
First, the reliability and intelligence level of various professional equipments have improved owing to the development of computer technology.
In this system, hardware and software resources are used to realize advanced control of remote items, and the “virtual” professionals appear in all monitoring locations, thus normal operation of equipments are achieved.
As soon as the air sampling detection system discovers the sign of flame or smoke, the information of fire point will be sent to signal receiver and fire control station, and then the coordinating actions of water pumps and electric valve are activated.

The study on dispersion mechanism of dispersive soil has attracted attention in water conservancy project.
Introduction Dispersive soil is one kind of cohesive soil which has a tendency to disperse in low-salinity water (or pure water) [2].
With the action of water, the particles of soil have more mutual repulsion of ions than mutual attraction, cause it disperse in water.
The less tructure damage ratio, the stronger water stability of soil is ,the lower dispersivity of soil is.

Introduction
Using hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane for water treatment is one of the most mature and advanced technologies [1-4].
The velocity of the spinning solution and the water in middle were both fixed at 500ml/h.

Maritime emergency is defined as emergency happening on water and posing an immediate risk to health, life, property, or environment, which has the characteristics of diversity, complexity, sudden, destructiveness and so on. [1] Maritime emergency can be divided into water natural disasters, maritime traffic accidents, water pollution accidents, security events on the basis of the characteristics and mechanisms of water emergency.
Therefore, according to the principles of selecting index and the mechanism of water emergency, an evaluation system was built on AHP.
The model of multitudinous levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for water emergency was established by the combination of FCE and AHP.
The research might play a guiding role on the management of water emergency.
The emergency ability evaluation of water emergency is an important part in management of water emergency.

Intrinsic matrix properties refer to the morphology of the blends of biopolymers (starch, gluten, polysaccharides…) and inner water distribution; they can be predicted by mechanical modeling, using Finite Element Method (FEM), either for bread or dough [3, 4].
Wheat flour dough mixing Mixing first homogenizes the ingredients, leading to distribution of water in the flour components, and then causing development of a gluten network that contributes to the rheological properties of dough, to subsequent gas retention and gas cell stabilization (Bloksma, 1990).
Professional experts relate those criteria to operating conditions and recipe in their domain technological knowledge, which integrates practical experience and scientific knowledge.
These models are implemented as a Knowledge-Based System (KBS), which can be used by professionals, and thus can be considered as BKMs.
