Therefore, the core of the PNN credit evaluation model of practicing qualification personnel is to determine the standard network learning model according to the credit of practicing qualification personnel. 2.1 PNN network input value selection As project leaders or professional personnel, practicing qualification personnel are employed to a construction unit.
The 5 classes of indices includes: working ability indices (technical and professional title, training condition, working years in this area, professional level and professional skill); Working performance indices(working awards record, punishment record, completion acceptance one shot rate, owner satisfaction rate, equipment intact rate, project qualified rate and superior project rate); Basic personal situation indices (age, education and marital status); Personal asset indices (annual income, annual expenditures and total current liabilities); and credit condition indices (credit record, loan record and other denigrate records). 2.2 Experimental results Study on the PNN network credit classification of the practicing qualification personnel, and compare with BP networks.

Moreover the ROV control system is so complex that operating ROV becomes a Complicated task.So Non-professionals need extensive training before operating ROV.Even so in the actual training,there are a lot of problems,for example, operators can easily cause damage to the ROV and the cable,and even possible loss of ROV because of operational errors.These problems not only waste a lot of manpower and resources,but also make the training ineffective,and give trained operators enormous psychological burden.In order to reduce the times of sea trials of ROV,and improve the training effect,a ROV training simulator is designed to replace the real ROV.
