These aspects make turbo-roundabouts more appropriate than roundabouts when a higher level of safety has to be guaranteed, particularly in presence of relevant pedestrian and two-wheels traffic volumes.
Turbo roundabouts could be an alternative to two-lane roundabouts, especially to guarantee a high safety level, for example in case of quite heavy cyclist/pedestrian traffic [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8].

Road safety has become a major public health problem. For freeways, traffic safety is important as a crash if occurs would be more severe compared to crashes on other road types due to higher speed limits.
China,as do many other developing countries, publishes road-safety data that are not as detailed as would be desired for a comprehensive safety analysis. In general, international road-safety research would greatly benefit from expanded availability of disaggregated fatal-crash data. Most notably, the lack of detailed statistics on the interactions among factors of interest has limited this analysis.

The long span cable-stayed bridges are very sensitive to wind load, so the fatigue estimation of cable stays considering traffic and wind load simultaneously is very important for the bridge safety.
The fatigue life of cable under designed safety probability reduces by the range from 2% to 63%, average 50% compared to only considering traffic load.

Driver characteristics, such as age and gender were considered to be associated with traffic crashes.
Besides the road related factors of its own, other environment factors, e.g., adverse weather, may also play an important role in traffic safety at signalized intersections.

Safety Evaluation of A380 Wake Turbulence Separation Jianguo Kong Department of Air Traffic Management, Civil Aviation Flight University of China, 618307, Guanghan, Sichuan,China kongjianguo2007@126.com Keywords: Wake turbulence separation, Wake turbulence risk, Safety evaluation, Safety target level Abstract: CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) set a standard on A380 wake turbulence separation right after China Southern Airlines brought in Airbus A380 in 2001.This paper considers from the possibility of the latter aircraft wake turbulence influencing the preceding one, which means the wake turbulence risk, makes safety evaluation on the wake turbulence separation standard of the preceding aircraft as A380, and the latter one as heavy type, medium type and light type, based on the safety target level that ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) authorized.
Introduction Safety is the life of civil aviation, thus it’s very important to make safety evaluation on all sorts of control separation and wake turbulence separation [1-5].
By the calculation of Xu Xiaohao from TianJin civil aviation university that is more reasonable, and the air traffic management rules sets A380 wake turbulence dissipating time is 3 minutes.

Meteorological monitoring can ensure traffic safety and improve the traffic management level.
The meteorological detection data was sent to the monitoring center for real time analysis and processing for highway traffic control and traffic plan as an important reference provided to the highway traffic operations and management, to ensure the vehicle safety and efficient operation.
International organization has applied it in transportation, navigation, civil aviation and military meteorological fields.
It can ensure traffic safety and improve the traffic management level by collecting and monitoring the wind speed and direction data.

Introduction In the unstable traffic flow region traffic jams appear as kink density waves which is described by mKdV equation derived near the critical point [1-17].
For simplicity, we take them.is the safety distance on the road without any slop.
Assume that a disturbanceis added into the uniform traffic flow:
The corresponding safety distances are taken as hc=4, 3.79, 3.58 m for uphill situation and hc=4, 4.22, 4.42 m for downhill situation.
