Introduction
A number of literature surveys have been reported on the influence of mechanical, electromagnetic and ultrasonic vibration to metals.
The low energy requirement made it the most environmentally-friendly process than any other grain refinement methods.

The grain boundaries become clearer.
When the sintering temperature increases to 1100℃, the grain boundaries become fuzzy and grains are non-uniform, which suggests that the emergence of excessive liquid phase causes abnormal grain growth under excessively high sintering temperature.

During the vibration of polishing vibrators, the liquid,with mill grains,enters and exits very frequently, which is propitious to bring out the reactant and the old liquid, and let new liquid enter.
The deformation of the polishing pads in ultrasonic vibration process, i.e. the crests and troughs of the wave, makes the mill grains suspend in the liquid or contact with silicon wafer, and the latters, i.e. effective grains, will grind and polish the silicon wafers.
The vibrator woks on B0,n (n is order number) mode without nodal circle.
Additionally, the even number n will make the two phase occupy different electrode area and make the two phases unbalance.
With the other dimensions unchanged, the smaller the tooth radial size is, the lower natural frequency of the vibrator is, and vice versa; the higher the tooth is, in the same order number, the lower the natural frequency of the bending mode is.

Abstract.On the base of drilling cores, summarizing some sedimentary facies marks, such as grain size characteristics, sedimentary structures, log curve, etc, it is analyzed the sedimentary characters of fan delta of Yingcheng formation in Lishu fault depression according to drilling well sedimentary analysis.
It covers about 1700km2.In this region, we have discovered Pijia gas field, Gujiazi-houwujiahu gas field and Xinli gas field, Taipingzhuang oil field and a number of oil and gas bearing structures such as Shuanglong, Wangjia, Xiaochengzi.
Probability cumulative grain size curves is distinguished by 1 segment, 2 segments and 3 segments.
Grain sequence feature appears reverse grading and composite grain sequence; Probability cumulative grain size curve is mainly 2 segments with high slope; Yarn lines cross bedding, bioturbation and biological drilling can often be found(fig.1G, H);Well logging curves commonly present infundibulate type or finger shape.

Surface roughness of sand casting process is related to the grain size of the moulding material, which explains the preference for fine grained sands [8].
The best result of roughness at testing number 2 with roughness number was 31.30 µm.
Table 4 shows the highest number of roughness for casted LM6 using EFB fibre sand mould is achieved by number testing 1 and testing number 2 with roughness number were 50.09 µm and 50.16 µm, respectively.
It is found that, the number of EFB fibre was concentrated in the area of testing number 1 and testing number 2.
The best result of roughness with the smooth surface at testing number 4 and testing number 5 with roughness number was 10.57 µm and 10.19 µm.
The best result of roughness at testing number 2 with roughness number was 31.30 µm.
