For the purpose of analyzing metal deformed flow behavior under adhesive friction accurately in this paper, the displacements of the specimen points at several levels of the reduction in height are measured based on the above-mentioned successful applications of ring upsetting.
Then numerical method of data fitting and interpolation is available to analyze velocity field of deformed flow behavior.
After carried out the ring upsetting test up to five levels of reduction in height of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%, the displacements of lattice points at each reduction in height are derived by statistics and computing using special ranging software.
Measurement of displacement at node on the interface The transformation of displacements at the interface between die and specimen after upsetting tests up to five levels of reduction in height from original specimen (0%) to 50% is illustrated in Fig. 2.
The distributions of the measured displacement at each reduction in height for the condition of adhesive friction were nearly uniform.

This method is based on measuring the changes in electrical parameters during the molecule transport through a nanopore [11] and therefore is well predictable (a good agreement between in silico and in vitro experimental data), which makes it possible to use deep digital simulators for nanopore sequencing [12] and choose the appropriate bioinformatics methods in accordance with the principles of signal processing (from DSP to data mining) [13].
Data processing and digitalization was carried out at N.N.
The results obtained are consistent with the correlation spectral analysis data represented in Fig. 2.

Data in literature is not satisfying so compression tests in the described process slot have to be performed.
The pass schedule was planed using the generated material data.
Fig. 4 shows the element distribution after forging in 3 steps, resulting in a thickness reduction of 60% at starting temperature of 1150°C and subsequent annealing for 5 hours at 1150°C.
After a specific thickness reduction of 95 percent (55 to 2.4 mm) the resulting element distribution is evaluated.
This homogenization was achieved with a process chain consisting of forging at 1150°C, a thickness reduction of 60%, annealing at 1150°C (for 5 hours) and a following isothermal hot rolling at 1150°C with a specific thickness reduction of 95%.

Although extensive work has been conducted to reveal the effect of ECAP on the fundamental materials properties, most of this research has focused on the role of grain size reduction.
Figure 1 shows a plot of the average microhardness versus the number of passes for the Al-7034 alloy: also included for comparison purposes are data for pure Al and an Al-6061 alloy processed by ECAP at room temperature [11].
Since the Al-7034 alloy is a work-hardening alloy containing a high density of dispersed particles introduced in the spray-casting process, it is reasonable to conclude that the reduction in strength due to the breaking of the precipitates has a larger influence on the ultimate strength of the Al-7034 alloy than the increase in strength due to the relatively minor reduction in the grain size.
Fig. 4 Logarithmic plot of steady-state shear strain rate vs shear strain for the Al-7034 alloy at temperatures from 473 to 673 K: data shown for the as-received alloy and for the alloy processed by ECAP through 6 passes at 473 K. .
Summary and Conclusions (1) A spray-cast Al-7034 alloy achieved a grain size reduction from ~2.1 to ~0.3 µm and precipitate fragmentation when subjected to ECAP processing at 473 K.

CaOH2+CO2→CaCO3+H2O (1) Fig.1: Qualitative analysis of XRD data for samples 330 and 330N.
Moreover, due to the observation introduced above, a higher homogeneity of binder on the surface can lead to a reduction of the porosity and, consequently, to a reduction of diffusion of carbon dioxide in the material and hence to a reduction of carbonation rate.
This hypothesis holds also for the samples having lower density and can be at the basis of the formation of a lower amount of carbonates when microorganisms are added, as obtained from the quantitative analysis of XRD data (see Tab. 3).
Correspondingly a higher weight loss, 11.34%, is measured for sample 330N with respect to the reduction of 4.24% measured for sample W1 in the range of temperature corresponding to the dehydroxilation of hydroxides (from 430°C to 482°C.)

The volume reduction due to the additive can be expressed as [(a32− a31)/a31 x 100%] as shown in Fig. 1b.
The data shown in Figs. 2 and 3 are fairly consistent.
A 30% reduction of the overvoltage was observed for the x(V) = 20 alloy doped with 4 at.% Zr7Ni10 with reference to the un-doped one.
For x(V) = 40 the overvoltage reduction is ~ 8% only and for x(V) = 60 and 80 the HER values remain similar.
The data show that for the pure ternary alloys, the b.c.c. hydride stability decreases upon increasing x(V).

Introduction Casting aluminum alloys have various uses for automobile parts and other manufacturing parts for purposes of reduction of weight, the formability and the economical reason [1-5].
Authors reported two reduction methods of casting defect size such as hot isostatic pressure (HIP) treatment [6-8] and semi-liquid (SL) die casting [9].
Here, the SP plot data were all data of the SP (0.3) material and the SP (0.8) material.
The main conclusions obtained in this study are shown as the followings. 1) By the SP treatment, the rotating bending fatigue strength is considerably improved in comparison with that of the non-peened material. 2) The fatigue strength at 107 cycles is improved by reduction of size of casting defects that exists near the specimen surface by the shot peening.
This reduction effects are also so large that a diameter of the shot grid is large. 3) The fatigue strength at 107 cycles of SP-treated material is approximately same compared with the HIP-treated material and the SL die-casting material.

From these data, it is clear that the activities of the hydrolysate prepared with a combination of Alcalase and N120p, its MW cut-off 1 KD filtrate and the fraction Ⅱ eluted from gel chromatography were higher than most of the purified peptide mixtures.
We could not find any side effect after our sample administration (data not shown).
Relationship between administration dose of peanut oligopeptides and blood pressure reduction of SHR.
SBP reduction values were calculated as SBP values at 3 h minus the SBP value at the start time.
SBP reduction tendency was obtained after logarithm fit analysis (Origin 6.0) The relationship between the dose of peanut oligopeptides and blood pressure reduction of SHR is shown in Fig.5, which indicates that of blood pressure was reduced exponentially with regard to increasing dose.
