Materials’ definition is an important part of numerical simulation, it will directly affect the accuracy and reliability of the results[6], and the stress-strain curve in tension and compression is a function of the materials properties. The stress-strain curve of shape memory alloy is shown in Figure 3.
Continued load, the material shows plastic deformation when stress is more than yield stress0 of materials and thus the materials’ stiffness significantly decreases.
Thus, materials of NiTi-shape memory alloy should satisfy the parameters of Equation (1) and Table 1 and by Abaqus software simulation calculations; patellar we assume is linearly elastic, elastic modulus E=12 000MPa, poisson ratio=0.3

It was found that the fracture toughness of the nano-silica modified epoxies and the interlaminar fracture toughness of nano-silica modified CF/EP composites have been increased significantly (>50%), while the strength and modulus of the materials remain unchanged or slightly higher.
Some CT specimens in each group were post cured at 110 o C for one hour to further increase the cross-linking density of the materials.

Introduction
Special properties of micro- and nanocomposite materials are different such as dispersion hardening, self-lubrication, hot oxidation resistance, corrosion and wear resistances [1-4].

Introduction
With the continuous development of science and technology, bi-material which possesses many functions that single material doesn’t possess, are widely used in production, all areas of life.
As there are many defects in the interface of combination of materials, the bond strength is rather lower.
