These regard mix proportion, materials mechanical properties, working and curing conditions, minimal structural dimensions and so on.
Therefore, for each XS exposure class, a consistent corrosion initiation and propagation model is developed, taking into account all the relevant factors affecting the corrosion phenomenon.
The critical chloride ion concentration (or chloride concentration threshold level) Ccrit is one of the main parameters affecting the service life of RC structures.
Table II Critical chloride content for XS exposure classes Water/cement ratio XS1; XS2 XS3 0.6% 0.5% 0.5% 0.4% 0.4% 0.3% The surface chloride ion concentration depends on many factors, for example, the distance of the structure from the sea, the region of structure (i.e., atmospheric, tidal, splash, or submerged zones), and concrete properties.
These prescriptions regard materials compositions and their mechanical properties, working and curing conditions, minimal structural dimensions and so on.

Recent research suggests that the choice of scaffold material and its internal porous architecture significantly affect regenerate tissue type, structure, and function [2,3].
The shape and inner microstructure are the two critical properties of customised scaffold for repairing defective bone.
These characteristics and properties are often considered to be critical factors in their designing and fabrication [4].
Solid Model Creation The customised bone scaffolds are porous materials and their properties and mechanical behavior are largely determined by their porous microstructure.

Therefore, the aim of this paper is to develop a pore network model for drying of porous media by applying the fractal geometry theory and transport process principle, which took various factors into consideration, such as the liquid-phase flow, vapor-phase diffusion, temperature gradient, and pore microstructure characteristic.
In addition to the pure geometric fractal property, numerous flow processes in a porous medium have also been found to be fractal.
Generally speaking, there are various factors affecting porous media drying, and the mechanism is complicated.
Because the drying process involves phase-changing heat transfer, the temperature field is affected by liquid phase distribution, and the heat transfer is an unsteady-state transfer process.
Conclusions A fractal pore network model for unsteady drying process of a natural porous body was developed by applying the knowledge on fractal geometry, physics of flow through porous media, and transport-process principle, which took various factors into consideration, such as the liquid-phase flow, vapor-phase diffusion, temperature gradient, and pore microstructure characteristic.

For strengthening the adhesion properties of the filler it was held modification of F4MB by activation using smoldering electric discharge [13, 14].
The change of test conditions (load, sliding speed), the addition of substances promoting the formation of a frictional transfer films in the tested composite material are referred to such factors.
And friction film formed on the friction surface gives high wear resistance and good anti-friction properties to the tribological conjunction.

Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) differ from natural aggregate concrete in mechanical and durability properties.
The amount of attached cement is the major reason that affects the quality of recycled aggregate (RA) [1].
Results and discussion The attached old mortar is the major factor that weakens the link between aggregate and cement past, so pre-treat RA is necessary for improvement of concrete mechanical behaviour.

Pre-straining and welding procedures and subsequent mechanical testing.
The molten zone of the RSW joints between the DP steel sheets consists mostly of martensite, lower bainite and retained austenite, with a much higher hardness than the base metal (about 430 HV), and with intermediate properties in the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ).
Even if neither ferrite nor austenite are able to exhibit their full ductility properties, due to a local situation of constrained ductility, [20] austenite is definitely more ductile than ferrite and induces larger elongations-to-fracture in the as-fabricated Q&P steels, as compared to DP steels.

The mechanical properties of the Bio-board were measured.
The test for mechanical properties indicates that the rupture stress of Bio-board produced with the experimental conditions were 6.23MPa~16.95MPa and 8.6~23.5 times greater as compared with the polystyrene plastic used in food container.
Cellulose is hydrophilic and insoluble in water with the properties of highly resilient and impact resistant [10].
The properties of Bio-board depend on process conditions, moisture content of Bio-board, physical property of raw material.
Two pieces of Bio-board were produced and their properties were investigated by tensile test

The influence factors of thin-walled parts processing precision There are many factors affecting the machining precision of thin-wall parts, of which the main influence factors are the following: (1) The stress and deformation.
In view of the above factors in machining of thin-walled parts, the following through processing in practice to show that improving the thin-wall parts machining accuracy and efficiency measures.
There are many factors influencing the stiffness of thin-walled parts, positioning, such as when the workpiece machining clamping form, tooling, clamping force etc..
At the same time, the magnitude of the cutting force is also influenced by the geometric angle of the cutter, usually the rake angle size affects the cutting deformation and tool rake angle and the sharp degree

When compared with the FA and Fα, FA was higher than Fα(9), indicating that the concentration of HCl was the only obvious factor affecting the content of ceria.
In all, the sequence of these factors was indicated as follows: concentration of HCl > leaching temperature > leaching time.

The mechanical properties of these materials are shown in Table 1 both for GLARE and Aluminum.
Therefore, to optimize the best parameters, three main factors have been chosen: BHF, CP, and BHG.
Considering these factors, Taguchi orthogonal array is L16, which reduces the number of experiments to 16 and that is quite significant.
The interaction properties were all set using the penalty function algorithm and set the friction factor to 0.005.
The elastic and plastic properties of aluminum and the elastic properties of glass fiber with engineering constants were imported into the material property module.
