For the heat pump in our demonstrator apartment (alpha innoTec LWD 90A [10]), the functional relationship COPhp = COPhp(Jair; Jflow) was extracted by fitting approximation curves to data given in its manual (Fig. 5).
The exemplary calculation of COPhp for Jflow = 50 °C in Fig. 5 (dashed line) shows the similarity of the interpolation and the data points.
Extracted data points of the heat pump’s COP over the outdoor air temperature at three flow temperatures of 35, 50 and 65 °C.
Continuous lines represent the fit curves to the data points at 35 and 65 °C; the dashed line is the result of Eq. 3 with Jflow = 50 °C.

By the use of a large variety of sensors, monitoring of machining processes represents the prime step for reduction of poor quality and hence a reduction of costs.
Thus, the objective of the envelope analysis is providing real data on the milling capacity of the tool, tool wear and dynamic functionality of the assembly motor spindle with tool by emphasizing the dynamic behaviour of the bearings (figure 1).
Wait for our goal the recording data of vibrations and cutting forces signals in the same time with rotational speed is absolutely necessary.
A Kistler 9257B stationary dynamometer Quartz 3 - Component, a National Instruments NI USB-6216 analogical/digital data acquisition board and Fastview software were used for three axis cutting force measurements, figure 2.
For the envelope method applications requires filtering resonance bands and then use Hilbert transform to find the periodic data impacts of cutter teeth.

Flow over the isolated ramp was validated with past experimental particle-image-velocimetry (PIV) data, which also highlighted the relative performance of various turbulence models.
This proved to be the most robust and accurate after comparative studies against PIV data (Fig. 3).
U0=4.5m/s U0=4.5m/s Figure 3: Comparison of CFD results against existing PIV data at 50 mm (left) and 200 mm (right) downstream of the ramp’s trailing edge.
Figure 4: Wind-tunnel data for 17.5 m/s and CFD validation model for 60 mm position with β=15°.
From time-averaged data, a stream-wise velocity deficit in the core was identified (Fig. 4) and this was stable in space for all β.

Evaluation of Product Quality using Standardized Distance from Target Sungjin HONG1, a, Min-Kyu Park1, b, Jonghwa Na2,c, Wan-Sup Cho3, d 1Dept. of Business Data Convergence 2Dept. of Information & Statistics 3Dept. of MIS/Business Data Convergence Chungbuk National University, Chungbuk, Korea asungjin.hong@outlook.com, bruserive@gmail.com, {ccherin, dwscho}@chungbuk.ac.kr Keywords: Quality Grading, Smart Manufacturing, Quality Control, Test Efficiency.
The data used in the study are of the results of diverse tests on semi-conductor package products, while the application of the index was limited to the materials judged to be of fair quality.
And we finally explain the result of applying a comprehensive index of a product to actual sample data, by the use of the numeric expressions suggested in the study to produce the quality indices, and then we come to a conclusion.
Fig. 2 Example of Test Data The failure value of the result item will be Spec Out, if any one of the Test1 ~ Test n items is out of the spec.
So we could confirm that you can provide an index for better grading by handling data multivariately – away from the determination of quality, employing only univariate values.

Acquired for a total of five sets of data.
The monitoring data are divided into two sets of training data and test data, which will sample 4 as the test data.
And in the process of parameter estimation taking into account the failure data and censored data, maximum likelihood parameter estimation method.

This is more evident in the near-threshold fatigue region and a fatigue notch reduction factor Kf has been introduced.
The success of the approach can be visualized by plotting experimental fatigue strength data obtained under various mean stress levels (in terms of the product smax×sa = sm×sa+sa2) against fatigue life Nf.
Experimental Setup and Data Processing The experimental setup consisted of an alternating current motor that supported the specimen by one of its sides, the other being attached to a wheel (Fig. 1, a).
The latter was responsible for storing the experimental data.
Data processing consisted in transforming each point of vector strain ei into a net nominal shear stress vector tni using elementary material strength formulae.

As a result, the calculation results did not show good agreement with the experimental data [8].
Substituting these values into Eq. (1) and fitting the calculated results to the experimental data, we have: ∆Z ≈ 0.08 Å (7) The corresponding spin Hamiltonian parameters (Cal. c) are given in Table 1.
The much larger g// and smaller hyperfine structure constants (Cal. a) from the previous studies than the experimental data can be attributed to the neglecting of the ligand contributions and the influence of the local lattice distortion (tetragonal elongation) due to the Jahn-Teller effect.

Space System Modeling Method There are some methods for traditional system such as direct analysis, simulation, data analysis, statistical analysis and experimental analysis.
We can refer to the online satellite data of the day to constantly correct the artificial systems by the parallel system theory.
Simulation We get satellite TLE data downloaded from www.celestrak.com and load data.
So we use of the data processing capability of HPC server and make our data processing more effectively.

Read the data shown on LED of sensor, do three experiments, and testing time are separately 15min,30 min,and 60 min.
So testing temperature data is gotten at different six positions of inner emission pipe.
Record data is as in talbe1.
The temperature of emission pipe changes at different testing work state and the data are summarized and analyzed in figure 4.
In future, the studied cars is still used to do research according to the method mentioned above to form conclusion and specific technique plan. 4.The experiment plan is feasible and the data is valid.

The predicted values of the ANN coincide with the tested data.
Artificial neural network (ANN) is a kind of data mining and artificial intelligence technique.
One is training data.
The other is testing data.
This also demonstrates that as a typical data acquisition technique the neural networks can find the basic pattern information implied in a great number of experimental data, extract useful rules and then apply these rules to obtain reasonable predicted results.
