Study on Emitting Device Improvement and Experiment Based on Reducing Emission Freeze

Article Preview

Abstract:

In winter in north of China, vapor in automobile emission will freeze on the wall of emission pipes because of using ethanol gasoline, and outflow onto roads. This is a common phenomenon which not only causes traffic jam and safety problem, but also increase fuel consumption. This paper aims to problems mentioned above to improve emitting system to reduce or eliminate freeze on roads caused by drain water due to combusting ethanol gasoline under the condition of influence original emission system as less as possible. Moreover, technique reference will be provided for practice application through building experiment platform, designing experiment program to analyze experiment results and proofing experiment data to present feasibility of reducing emission freeze.
