Materials obtained by using of two spacers, have been analyzed in order to value different results in porosity, microstructural and mechanical properties.
One of the most common is in the field of biomedicine, which is well-known to be a biocompatible material with good corrosion properties and appropriate mechanical properties [1].
Mechanical properties and elastic modulus of porous materials has been characterized.
The mechanical properties depend on porosity, decreasing when porosity increases [13].

The main factors, influencing the low density light foam concrete, include the selection and dosage of cementitous material and admixture, the volume of foam, water consumption and chemical admixture for concrete.
Because of the high temperature resistant properties of Inorganic heat preservation materials, foam concrete can quickly fascinate the material engineer.
Now, mass of foam concrete research work is focused on the density of 300-1200 kg/m3 , these are limited to the properties of the foam concrete, such as fresh state properties, physical properties, mechanical properties, durability properties [3-9].
Water consumption can determine the workability of the fresh foam concrete and affect the hydration of the binder.
However, with the density decreases, the mechanical strength deceases rapidly.

Sintered carbides with cobalt, as metal binder, with good properties of abrasion resistant in high temperature environment are used as construction material.
The mechanical properties depend on amount of WC in the material structure, grain size of WC and the amount of metal binder in the material structure [5-6].
Projects, which performance depends on many factors should apply a statistical technique in experiments, introduced in the 1920s by Ronald A.
F-test value at 95% confidence level is used to decide the significant factors affecting the process and percentage contribution is calculated.
The properties of work piece material (WC) are as follow: • density 13 g/cm3, • hardness HV10 equals 950, • hardness HRA equals 85.4.

The aim is on the one hand to build structures more tolerant to damage, and on the other hand, to reduce the effect of this type of solicitation due to the severe degradation of the mechanical properties of these materials under impact damage [4], [5].
The authors showed that the impact energy level and the number of impacts are the main factors of damage.
A variety of research works are made on glass polyester composite material [9-11] which are used in various engineering industries because of their superior performance and tailor made properties.

The selection of stainless steels may be based on corrosion resistance, fabrication characteristics, availability, mechanical properties in specific temperature ranges and product cost.
However, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties are usually the most important factors in selecting a grade for a given application.
Therefore, the technology of bimetallic castings is gaining in importance, particularly when the criterion for highly usable properties concerns only the working surface layer and the rest of the casting is only the base part which is not exposed to the direct influence of factors causing abrasive or corrosion wear.

Introduction
Fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites have been widely applied in many fields of modern industry, defense and aerospace due to their good physical and mechanical properties.
Most of the studies are focused on the preparation process of the composite materials, mechanical properties and failure mechanism.
The different of fibers structure on each surface cause different mechanical properties in directions. 2.2 Grinding experimental apparatus MK9025 CNC optical profile grinding machine is used in the experiment.
The physical and mechanical properties of the matrix and fibers are quite different.
Grinding surface damage is mainly the fracture of fibers, with a large number of the matrix broken. 3.2 The effects of grinding parameters on Grinding force In the process of fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites grinding, grinding parameters is one of the main factors which affect the grinding process.
