Research on cooperative scheduling and design of emergency command system of integrated transport hub Gong Xiao Mei Electrical/Electronic Engineering Beijing Information Technology College Beijing, China gongxm@bitc.edu.cn Keywords: Transportation hub; Cooperative scheduling; Emergency Command; Functional Architecture Abstract.
Integrated transport hub of urban public transport system as an important node, is a high population density, multiple modes of transport, such as civil aviation, railways, highways, rail transportation, city buses, taxis and other transit hub, which contains a lot of insecurity, once the disaster is likely to lead to major security incidents affecting their city or region in which the public safety.
Therefore, the construction and improvement of the city's comprehensive transportation hub emergency response system is very necessary. 2 System building goals Integrated transport hub should meet the new situation integrated transport hub cooperative scheduling and emergency command and the needs of the station passenger and vehicular traffic safety monitoring, while further synergies subway, bus, civil aviation and other modes of transport scheduling programs and information sharing, to achieve synergy scheduling and optimization of transport organization for travelers to provide safe and efficient transfer service.

Underground space developed in state of disorder in the urban construction, most of development and construction are avail themselves of every opportunity with civil air defense department.
The early construction of underground Civil Air Defense projects space does not have the characteristics of commercial space.
Construction of underground space engineering and technical, oriented tendencies, does not focus on humane care and economic feasibility. 2.3 Approaches In response to these problems, the project proposes integrated design of floor and under ground by using mechanism of urban design.
