Nanocomposite materials were prepared by incorporation of different MWCNT in copper matrix using powder metallurgy methods.
Also the development of composite materials using CNT as reinforcement took place.
The behavior of the manufactured composite materials regarding pool boiling and convection has to be investigate in the next steps.

Sustainability also governs decisions concerning building materials.
Embodied energy in building materials represents the non-renewable energy consumed in the acquisition of raw materials, their processing, manufacturing, transportation to site, and construction – it represents the relationship between building materials, construction processes, and their environmental impacts.

Thermal and solute transportation effects during Bridgman crystal growth of II-VI compounds Jie Wanqi1, a 1 College of Materials Science and Engineeirng, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, 710072, China a jwq@nwpu.edu.cn Keywords: Crystal growth, II-VI compounds, solute redistribution, growth interface Abstract.
CdTe and CdZnTe are the important materials for the epitaxy substrates, room-temperature X-ray and γ-ray detectors, etc.
The results confirmed the possibility to reduce Te precipitates by introducing extra Cd in the charging materials before growth
