Introduction Concrete cracking is an important factor to affect its durability, which is strongly demanded by the popularity of concrete material and the significance of concrete structures in engineering.
The cause of concrete cracking depends on many factors, including unreasonable structure design, concrete properties (mechanical properties, deformation and thermal properties), external environment and restraint conditions.
The cracking due to concrete properties is a serious problem for concrete elements, which sort "plastic crack" and "stress crack".
Moreover, Chemical admixtures improve the workability of fresh concrete, and the performances of hardened concrete such as mechanical properties, thermal performances, deformation, durability, and so on.

There are many factors affecting the bond strength between the lightweight concrete and reinforcing steel, where the compressive strength plays an important role in bond strength, and the bond strength is increased by increasing the compressive strength.
With regard to mechanical properties, with the exception of bonding with concrete epoxy coating, steel rods can be constructed in the same way as carbon steel, since steel is the only bearing component of the product.

Roadway support is a key technology in coal mining, and the mechanical properties of surrounding rock directly affect the stability of roadways and their supporting structure.
The quantity value of the transient strain is related to the mechanical properties of rock materials, therefore, elastic elements should be included in the creep model
The model with the speedup creep original script is usually adopted to describe those mechanical behaviors, for example, adopting index or power function.
According to the above analysis, it is finally determined to adopt Burgers Constitutive Model as to describe the mechanical behavior, which is the four-element one in Fig. 3.

The effect of an electric current pulse (ECP) is a very important method to increase mechanical properties of alloys, obtain fine and equiaxed crystals in the final solidification microstructure.
The parameter affecting the solidification structure of the hypereutectic high chromium cast iron included the temperature, processing time, pulse discharging frequency and discharging voltage and the pulse width, e t, in this paper, we investigate the affection of the starting temperature and processing time, in the case of processing, pulse discharging frequency, discharging voltage and the pulse width were not changed.
The effect factors of ECP treatment of starting temperature, processing time on the shape, size, distribution of primary carbides was investigated.
So, two factors have affection on the shape of the primary carbides, the key merely is which one has a major affect at the different processing time.
Two factors, which one is the forced convection caused under the periodic Lorenz force induced by ECP, another factor is the heating effect of ECP included the Joule heat effect and Peliter effect, cause the shape of the primary carbides changes.

The preparation principle, process and properties of cool wool fiber was studied during chlorination treatment with sodium hypochlorite.
Influencing factors in preparation of cool wool were investigated and the properties of cool wool were tested.
The scale structure of the wool affected the handle of wool, hydrophilic, the adsorption of dye and its reflection of light.
From Table 2 we can see that with the treatment time prolonged the properties of the fiber are changed.

Keywords: Finite element analysis, coupled model of thermal-mechanical, cutting temperature forecast; temperature field simulation Abstract.
The results show that this method can efficiently simulate the distribution of temperature field of the workpiece, cutter and scraps, which is effected by thermo-mechanical coupling in metal work process.
The test method can get reliable data, but it can’t directly get the distribution of temperature field, it can only get the average temperature of a certain point (such as: artificial thermocouple method); the analytical method is also based on assumptions, it doesn’t tally with the actual situation; when the finite element method in solving the nonlinear problem caused by material properties, deformation state and more coupling field, it tends to show its unique advantages, and more close to reality, at same time, it can get accurate simulation results quickly[3].
C, n, m is material properties coefficient, in this article, the AISI1045 steel are simulated, according to the literature [6], A=553MPa,B=601MPa,n=0.234,m=1,Tmelt=1460,TTransition=20,C=0.0134,=0.001。
It can be seen from simulation result and measure values: in practical machining, cutting speed, cutting depth and feed are the factors that increase the influence for temperature field, with the increase of the three elements of cutting, the cutting temperature tends to increase.

The wide application of these materials depends on their mechanical properties, which are typically studied by uniaxial compression tests, likewise the thermomechanical behavior of these materials has always been a very important issue and has been studied for some years.
Muhammad R. studied the mechanical behavior of concrete after exposing it to high temperatures from 100°C to 1000°C, to later carry out different simulations, where they concluded that sodium silicate and curing time are the most important factors. influencers that affect the strength and residual compression of the mortar. Among the materials that meet the mechanical strength and corrosion properties at temperatures around 815 °C one can find the nickel base alloy Pyromet® 31V (SAE HEV8).
The machinability index can be significantly affected by the properties of the materials being machined, properties and geometry of the cutting tool, cutting conditions employed and other miscellaneous factors such as stability of the machine tool, cutting environment, etc.
These properties are required for the efficient and effective performance in environments where they are employed.
The superiority of the coated carbide tools in relation to the uncoated tools can be attributed to the lubrication properties of the coating, resulting in low coefficient of friction at the interface workpiece-tool during machining.
The long chips affect the cooling preventing the refrigerant efficient penetration.
