The XPS data for CuPr SAM are similar with the data for ZnPr at gold except that the Cu2p3/2 instead of Zn2p3/2 appeared at 934.5 eV and N1s shifted to higher binding energy at 398.4 eV due to the core metal variation, as shown in Fig.3.
However, dichloromethane (DCM), a noncoordinating solvent, was used to prepare solutions for this study and should thus exert no influence on the XPS data.
The same result was also observed for tripodal CuPr SAM on gold surface (data not shown here).
As shown in Fig. 5, the cyclic voltammogram of ZnPr/Au exhibited two pairs of well resolved reversible oxidation/reduction peaks appeared at 0.84 / 0.62 V and 1.21 / 0.97 V, and CuPr/Au shown two pairs of peaks at 0.90 / 0.60 V and 1.17 / 0.88 V in a potential range from 0 V to 1.4 V.
These anodic and cathodic peaks are ascribed to the oxidation and reduction of the p-conjugated porphyrin macrocycle moiety in the molecule.

In order to reduce errors in data interpretation, a regression analysis for absorbed impact energy vs test temperature was done by a hyperbolic tangent curve fitting method.
Based on the data from the regression analysis, the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature (DBTT), which corresponds to the average value of upper-shelf energy (USE) and lower-shelf energy, was determined.

Additionally, the USE decreases with increasing carbon content from 0.03 to 0.07 wt. %, irrespective of the finish cooling temperature, which is well known to be attributed to the reduction of carbide and MA constituent [3,5].
As compared with the data obtained from the recent literatures [2,6-9], the specimens fabricated in present study have the relatively lower yield ratio and the higher uniform elongation at the same strength level.

Because of the complicated testing process and data processing, the fracture toughness parameter is not used as widely as the CVN and DWTT.
The data fluctuation of CVN impact energy and fracture shear area was significantly less at the surface than at the center of wall thickness (Figure 1).
At the center of wall thickness, when the temperature was below -30℃, the impact energy and shear area decreased significantly, with the data fluctuation increasing.
The impact toughness was higher, and the data fluctuation of impact energy and shear area was smaller for surface specimens.
The reduction of X80 pipe material is the smallest, the 50% FATT transition temperature of 18 mm thickness specimen is -48℃, and the 50% FATT transition temperature of 30 mm thickness specimen is -40℃.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of leachate from two landfill site, which are located in northern Peninsular Malaysia, namely Matang Landfill Site (MLS) and Kuala Sembeling Landfill Site (KSLS).Comparison of data with Malaysian Environmental Quality (Control of Pollution from Solid Waste Transfer Station Landfill) Regulations 2009, under the Laws of Malaysia Environmental Quality Act (MEQA) 1974 and previous published data were carried out in this study.
Then obtained data were compared with data published by previous researchers and MEQA (1974).
A reduction of range value of COD for MLS was recorded for this study.
Thus, reductions of leachate concentration from both landfill sites are important.
Therefore, reduction of ammonia less than 5 mg/L must be carried out in order to obey the allowable limit by MEQA (1974).

During the measurement, the specimen ends contact with the micrometer which is fixed to the test mode, Dial gauge data obtained through the SZ-DA 32-channel data adapter is stored in the PC.
When the fibers content increases from 0.5 kg/m3 to 0.9 kg/m3, the reduction rate is significantly improved; when the fibers content increases from 0.9 kg/m3 to 1.3 kg/m3, the reduction rate slightly increases, and the effect is not obvious.
The early (3d) and late (28d) reduction rate is 44% and 27% respectively.
The experimental data in table 3 shows that when the solubility of SRA is 1%, 2% and 3%, the surface tension is reduced by 32%, 34% and 37%.

In this study, according to the energy consumption data of traffic and transportation in Jilin Province, referencing the carbon emission coefficients of previous, the detailed results are shown in Table 1.
On the reference of STIRPAT multivariable nonlinear model, combined with regional characteristics and social concern in Jilin Province, through the correlation analysis, the study selected the driving factors of carbon emission of traffic and transportation energy consumption,which include population, per capita GDP, the unit GDP energy consumption, the investment of traffic and transportation, city rate, the number of private car, the detailed data in Table 2.
The original data of population, the per capita GDP and energy consumption per unit of GDP (comparable prices, using 1999 as a baseline), traffic and transportation investment, the rate of city (urban population/total population), the number of private car is derived from the " statistical yearbook of Jilin Province " (2000-2012).

The data were analysed in the CasaXPS software for the fitting of multi-component peaks.
Increasing the presence of Cr to 24 at.% led to a reduction of Sa of 47 %, Sz of 55 %, Sp of 59 %, and Sq of 53 %.
The presence of aluminium silicate was not proven due to the expected BE of about 102.7 eV; hence, relatively far from the presented data.
The addition of 20 at.% Ti led to a reduction in the hardness of almost 3 GPa and an increase in the Young modulus of 4.4 %, but a reduction in the resistance of the coating to plastic deformation of 35 % and the plasticity index of 11 %.
The addition of 13 at.% Cr led to a reduction of the hardness of almost 3 GPa and the Young modulus of 18.7 %.

The impedance data obtained was analysed and corresponding electrochemical parameters were determined.
Fig. 5 showed that the fitted spectrum closely matched the raw data generated by the impedance measuring machine.
As shown in Fig. 5, the generated fits matched over 89 - 95% of the raw data obtained.
Such closeness in fit confirms the appropriateness of the equivalent circuit selected for fitting the data.
The Langmuir equation gave a great fit of the obtained data, having R2 of 0.954.
