The EDS microprobe analysis in fig 1(b) shows that the Mo coating may contains O, Mo, Mg, Al.
Deyab and Abd El-Rehim [12] have reported that Mo6+ in MoO42- undergo reduction to form Mo4+ during film formation.

Initially, a HF dip was performed to clean and passivate the surface, followed by a blanket e-beam metal deposition (Ti/Al 20/100 nm).
The metal was then patterned by etching the aluminum in Transene Al Etch Type A with a photoresist mask, followed by a buffered oxide etch (BOE) of the Ti layer.
Furthermore, low temperature I-V measurements have shown carrier freeze-out at ~100K, consistent with the freeze-out temperature of Al-doped p-type SiC.
EL was not observed in the EG/n-SiC system under any bias condition.

Conventional low-alloyed TRIP steels usually contain only C, Mn, and Si, but additional alloying elements such as Al and P have been used in recent years to improve galvanizability and mechanical properties [1].
Ryu et al. [6], on the other hands, argued that partitioning of strain between phases, which closely relies on the homogeneity of microstructure, also plays an important role as another factor in determining the mechanical stability of retained austenite.
Change of tensile strength (TS), yield strength (YS), elongation (EL), TS×EL, amount of retained austenite (Vγ), and its carbon concentration (Cγ) in CMnSi and CMnSiP TRIP steels with austempering time.
CMnSiP steel generally shows poorer mechanical balance (TS×EL) than that of CMnSi steel (except at 15 min-austempering).
According to Ryu et al.’s study [6], strain partitioning is affected by microstructure and it strongly influences stability of retained austenite.
