During the process of polishing of CVD diamond film, because of the high hardness, stable chemistry performance and small thickness, it causes low productivity; moreover, rupture, damage and abscission occur easily on the diamond film, so the way to solve CVD diamond film polishing technology is a key technical about application of CVD diamond film [4-5].
Physics and chemistry method are mainly used in CVD diamond film machining.
Diamond exists in second-stable texture, and it can change to static graphite structure in specific external conditions [7].
