The structure characterization of the material was analyzed with XRD, while the material’s morphology was analyzed with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).

In 2010 Forrest et al. [2] reported that nano-structured coating reduces not only the influence of thermal stress but also the effects of thermal resistance while maintaining the surface roughness of the structure; the finished product thus have a certain level of structural strength.

After thermal treatment, the film was achieved due to the formation of porous structure in the resultant film as a result of decomposing tetraethylorthosilicate and dimethyl formamide.
The main advantage of employing these hybrid coatings is their capacity to adjust their mechanical properties through judicious control of the chemistry and processing variables, including the ratio and nature of the organic and inorganic structural units, solution pH, and hydrolysis ratio and drying and heating temperatures.

The effects of element boron, manganese and copper on structure and mechanical properties of the bainite ductile cast Iron in above-mentioned process are investigated.
The base iron chemistry and alloy additions in ductile iron play important roles in austempered ductile iron (ADI) technology.
The volume fraction of retained austenite, the carbon level in the retained austenite and the product in an austempered structure of Cu-alloyed ADI are higher than in Cu-Ni-alloyed ADI.
Boron atom into Fe3C, forming Fe3(C,B) , Fe3C and Fe3 (C, B) crystal structure is the same, belong to trapezium crystal lattice, In Fe3 (C, B) ,the atom of boron replacement the atom of carbon, the highest amount of the atoms of boron can achieve 80%, the component of the diphase carbide is Fe3 (C0.20, B 0.80).

The phase structure, morphology and optical properties of PANI-BiVO4 photocatalysts were analyzed through X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS).
This new heterogeneous structure photocatalyst is expected to show considerably potential applications in solar-driven environmental pollution cleanup.
