Introduction
p-type semiconductors are important materials for developing optoelectronic devices such as large area flat-panel displays, solar cells and light-emitting diodes.
Of these, Cu2S is considered to be promising materials as absorbers of visible light, due to the bandgap energy between 1.2eV and 2.4eV[1-2].
ZnO has been a heated object in recent years, as a potential ultraviolet, blue and other visible optical device materials owing to its wide and direct band gap about 3.1-3.3eV[3-6].
Applied Surface Science, 2011, 258: 1797−1805
Applied Mechanics and Materials Vols. 271-272 (2013) pp 301-304

Capacitive sensors can respond to and evaluate changes in the physical or chemical properties of a material through variations in capacitive values associated with sensor geometry modifications (such as the distance between two capacitor plates/electrodes, overlapping surface area) or the dielectric material (permittivity) [7].

The oyster shell was a common sort of marine shellfish, and its meat and shell serve as traditional medicinal materials.
Up till now, antihypertensive peptide has been developed from food raw materials by researchers in oversea, such as milk protein, soybean and soybean fermented food, grain, corn protein, collagen, fish meat, garlic, lees, etc.
Materials and Methods materials raw material Oyster produced in Yangjiang was purchased in Guangzhou.

The bi-layer materials have been used widely during past decades due to their specific characteristics like lighter weight, more corrosion resistance, and insulation features in comparison with mono-layers which consisting them.
